Serviced on my car at Yousef's several times over the years. Albert the service advisor was great and techs could fix any problem I brought in. I returned a couple times this year and no Albert, the service was barely acceptable and more expensive than other providers.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Literally they tried to actually rob me. So my truck developed a coolant leak that was coming from intake manifold which has aluminum coolant lines connected on it. Only thing that was leaking was the intake manifold. They quoted me $2,600 to change intake manifold which was leaking but also Water Pump was supposedly leaking too. I verified it WAS NOT leaking and saved myself $2,000 dollars when I did the job myself (and didn’t replace water pump) it was perfectly fine. Stay away from these scam artists.Another time I brought my mom’s car here and they quoted us $1,000 dollars to change 4 struts to stop the clunking noise we were hearing. We took it to another mechanic and he left the struts alone and only replaced both front lower control arms and we saved $400 dollars.Yousef Service Center is an absolute joke and you better believe we will never be coming back.

Took my car here a year ago to get my brakes replaced. The technician never offered me a price range for the quote until after the work was completed however I was busy that day and they were able to take my car in so I let it slide. Come now a year later and my brakes are once again shot. I call in to see what they could do as there is no way new brakes and new pads should have gone bad with just 10k miles of use. They tell me the warranty of 12k only last a year and it had been 1 year and almost 2 months since take my car in. I asked the man on the phone if my brakes should have gone bad in a year and he avoided the question because I know new brakes should never brake down in 10k miles. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES FOR CAR REPAIRS! take your business elsewhere seems like malpractices for their car repairs!Service: Auto brake replacement

I stopped in for gas 15 minutes before closing time. Told the owner I wanted gas on my credit and the pump number. He told me I would have to wait 3 minutes while he did his daily accounting or sales totals. I said and waited 3 minutes as he counted money, filled out a checklist form, checked the vault, computer, printed pages and more. After about 3 minutes of waiting, I asked if I could buy gas now.He impatiently said that he told me I would have to wait 4 minutes. I responded that I have been waiting, and need to get to work. He told me to go somewhere else if I could not wait. I told him that I would have to leave. I asked if he was the owner? He stated that he is the owner. I told him that making a customer wait while he does his admin work is not good customer service. He told me to go away, so I did after wasting 5 minutes at his gas station. Not a pleasant experience here. He obviously did not want my business. Mobil oil may need to update their professional courtesy training here.

I was driving late night from CA to AZ car started making noise. I found this place they were soooo friendly and checked everything. Marcos and his team were very honest and fair. They even added oil no charge just because it was low. If I lived here I would make sure everyone knew about this place. Amazing ❤️

These guys were so AMAZING and kind to me when I needed to have something checked out on my car. This after having a terrible experience at the Shell down the street. The guys at this Mobil service center absolutely made my day with their kindness and experience. Highly recommend!

If you go there for a smog test and present the $36 coupon you find online, you should be aware that they will still add $12 for a smog certificate and $2 for transmission. So, it ends up being $50 anyway.
