Manager very rude !! car wash is WORTHLESS!!! my car look the same when I entered!! Talk to manager wouldn’t give a refund !! Gave me code to get a car wash.. he didn’t want to look at my car to see the end results cause he knows is car wash is worthless.. he told me never to come back . Really cause I paid for something and had bad results ..

Horrible Car Wash, It left a 4inch dirt mark on both sides of my truck. The cashier basically laughed and said he would not refund my $ or even offer me some $ off. Never again!!

I went through the car wash had a horrible experience didn’t even clean my car, went back to try to get a refund The old white lady cashiering was absolutely rude! After she acted completely unprofessional with a customer. She states that I am banned from ever doing car washes there, and then took a photo of my vehicle. As long as she’s there, I will not be a customer there. She needs Jesus in her life. God bless her, and if a “Manager” so happens to see this I know you have got at least one complaint about her! (She claimed to be the manager) so owner needs new manager

I purchased the car wash and asked for a re wash because didn’t clean my truck in some areas. Older lady with glasses started yelling at me. I will never return to this location ever again but as in these reviews this is not the first time she has done this. I called and asked for manager name and she hung up on me. Very rude lady and has no business being a cashier. I always come to shell but after this experience I will not be back again!!

They need to higher someone with better customer service skills. Sat in a parking spot for 10min and was asked to leave. We were going to buy candy and drinks and watch 1 plane land. Complained that I took one of the eight empty parking spots.

After purchasing full tank of gas I also purchased car wash. System did malfunction and did not dry my car. Talk to cashier older lady extremely rude and told me go dry yourself. Ask for owner name and number or any other contact she refuses to provide. Time 10.30 am on 12/10/2023.i hope get respond and results. Thank you

The rise of the machines is not Sci-Fi anymore, Pump are not working and has to go inside, cachier couldn't charge me for gas, old blonde lady didn't know the prices and the gas is charge by gallons + if is full tank; she was to old for that job to figure out, I suggest 13 gallons, she couldn't charger... instead and attitude?! I ask for her name; she said Funny... I highly recommend to avoid this location, worse service ever, is one of those places people just show up but have zero idea of customer service as Shell is been known... If you looking for smart attitude and a lack of intention common sense.

The car wash is a good deal, but it’s filthy and needs to be cleaned. It should not be allowed to fall into a state that resembles the NY subway system.

Unless you are pushing your vehicle, this station should never be an option. It is currently $1.10 PER GALLON MORE EXPENSIVE than what I just paid for premium unleaded in Rancho Mirage.
