The sales associate that helped me (Lois maybe??? Sorry idr ?) was the absolute sweetest, most helpful girl I've ever had at a Sephora. I was feeling really insecure about the breakout on my skin and she helped me find the best foundation match and was so gentle about it and made sure she asked consent every time before touching my face. It really made me feel so much more at ease and more comfortable shopping. And she gave me some great tips to help me cover it up for my upcoming event! Thank you so much for your kindness ?

I ordered for curbside pickup but no one responded when I went to pick up. I finally went inside ( happy they had a nice designated place to park in this busy area). Staff was very nice and friendly and didn't seem to know that I had been waiting so I suspected there was a glitch in the curbside messaging system. They retrieved and processed the order quickly.
While inside I asked for a recommendation for a type of product I was looking for. They offered to match the suggested item for me and, when I said I had to get to an appointment at a certain time, said they could do it very quickly. They immediately showed me the product, asked a few questions, did the match and allowed me to purchase in no time! While I love to browse this store, their helpfulness, concern for my time and courtesy were perfect for this trip! Elder women don't often get treated so nicely in beauty stores/sections these days!

I had a great experience with a beauty professional named Season she was great friendly and best of all HONEST! I live a great honest feed back I do understand every skin is different but she explained that too. I had another great experience with another professional also with hair tips I wish I remembered her name I’ll get it next time! Thanks Sephora

If I could give 10 stars I would . I had a 60 minute Make Up session with Brooklynn and she is amazing. I am a guy that likes to dress up once in a while. Brooklynn was so nice and so professional. She did so much prep work like testing how dry my face to applying moisturizer. She explained what she was doing and asked me what type of look I wanted. I think it came out perfect and continued to look good after dinner and dancing. Just wow. For $60 plus tip, it was well worth it. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I was able to visit my first brick and mortar Sephora store while on vacation on Monday, March 11, 2024. I was looking for something for my dry, chapped lips since my favorite lip balm is discontinued. A very helpful associate came by and recommended the Fresh brand lip treatment ointment. I explained to her that I had an allergy to nuts and nut oils, and I went over the ingredients carefully. After I verified that it was safe for me to use, she ALSO went over the list carefully. I went to the checkout, and told the cashier about my allergy and how I appreciated the associate’s help. The cashier ALSO checked the ingredient list for me. She said “We want to make sure we cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s. We don’t want you to walk out of here with something that could be harmful to you.” I can’t tell you how impressed I was at the time these associates took with me to make sure I was purchasing a product that is safe for me. I will definitely be back again next year.

All the makeup in the world wouldn’t cover that racial profiling from Alexa at the front desk. If the “standard procedures” were true why didn’t it apply to the women and men of different nationality than myself that all checked out prior and after me? The “loss prevention” tactic only applied to me? When I clearly showed (which I don’t have to) proper payment method. Whomever gave you those instructions needs to fired as they are a liability and make Sephora look distasteful and not inclusive.The only one that treated me with respect and kindness was the Red haired tattoo lady whom I believe is named Amber(I’m sorry if I misunderstood your name). She’s the only reason I would remain in contract with the company overall.

Love Sephora but this WAS THE WORST STORE experience I have ever encountered!!! My 14 year old daughter and I were having a girls weekend and stopped at this store. We both bought several items and the girl checking us out was the RUDEST Sephora representative we have ever encountered. Very aggressive attitude and rude. Her behavior was really shocking and we have never experienced anything like this in a Sephora store. We were just there happily buying products. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but It made it very uncomfortable and I would NOT recommend anyone else have to experience that kind of behavior. We will NOT be returning!

Horrible return policy! My daughter received a few items for Christmas and we tried to return without a receipt, and unable to even get a gift card for the return. Since they were a gift we do not have a receipt. Hope they will change this policy

Sephora in Palm Springs could be dangerous, lol! Since we happened to be in the area, I made a quick stop to see if they have the new makeup line by Kulfi. Thanks again to the good ole gram, I got caught up, so I've been on a mission to find it. Finally, I found it here!Thank you to Alexa, who provided excellent customer service tonight. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and she helped me right away. I took the quiz online to match my shade, and it was spot on! I was wearing a completely different brand, so Alexa took the time to remove it and carefully applied the Kulfi concealer under my left eye. I don't usually wear makeup daily, just on special occasions or if I have extra time. I'll have to test it out for a few hours and see how it holds up, but so far, so good!I was unaware that today is the last day to use your discount (if you're a V.I.B. member), so seeing a few bucks knocked off the regular retail price was a bonus. Thank you, Alexa, for a great experience! Hope to see you again next time I shop. =)

I've been into dozens of Sephora's over the years, and I've never been taken care of so well. I was on the hunt for the perfect concealer for my under eyes, and ran into an employee named Alexa. We chatted a moment about my needs and what I'm looking for and she was more helpful than all of my Sephora employee interactions combined. We explored a few options, she gave me her input, and ultimately found my perfect shade, in a formula that works with my skin type. Thanks so much Alexa!

Poor customer service and workers were all over the place, they seemed not to know what they were doing and when I asked for a product they said I could take the one on the display. Little effort and no spirit. Wont be coming back.
