My partner and I were holidaying in California over from Aus and we had managed to shatter the windscreen on the jeep we were renting. We were both extremely stressed and upset about it however when we came here the guys were so genuinely nice and made us feel so much better about the situation, let us use the wifi and even recommended good places to eat while we waited. The repair was finished before we even finished eating and the whole process was so easy and we were able to be on our way to our next destination straight away. Thanks to the guys here we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday ?

Excellent customer service. Vehicle was ready prior to the estimated time given at check in.4th appointment with safeliteEach time I have left completely satisfied with the service. Safelite should have training classes for other customer service industry organizationsTruly an organization that has customer service as a priority!

The most INCOMPETENT PEOPLE work here especially the manager! they will break items in your car and not do a damn thing about. Do not come here if you want you car fixed CORRECTLY! when I had them just fix my windows the broke even more stuff in my car like two of my speaks, my window switch cover and didnt know how to put my door panels back on. On top of that when they put my door panels back on they used a screw gun n lock tight so I can't take my door panels off to put them back on correctly. Trash service at this location!!

Easy and good experience! Came here because my insurance covered a windshield repair (didn’t even know what that was versus a replacement) and Andrew explained the process to me and took care of it all. Process was quick and they had a great variety of drinks in the waiting area! Thanks again, Andrew!

I drove all the way out here to get my window fixed. First guy says they can't do it because they would have to take my whole back seat out. After telling him thats not true, its a late model Ford Mustang, for reference, I talked to someone else. The girl at the front desk took pictures and said they would call me. Very bad customer service. I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to contact them. There automatic answering service makes it impossible to talk to a person. Avoid this place is my experience

I've dealt with Safelight in the past and they came out and plugged my windshield and believe changed out a windshield at one time. Maybe they changed their system but it's terrible. I called Safelite numerous times all at different times. Received a recording, pushing buttons, never got to speak to a human being and tells you pretty much to do everything on line, the problem I had a different question to be answered and the web doesn't answer you it's strictly windshield. A little disappointed, ended up taking my business somewhere else.

I’m not sure about the low ratings maybe because people buy cars that have sensors which cost more to calibrate. Imagine being poor and owning a car which cost more to maintain ?. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson is very basic which resulted paying $350 before taxes for a windshield replacement. The turn around time was a little over an hour having scheduled mid day.Overall, I’m satisfied by the techs, warranty and the customer service.

Their phone tree is ridiculous. I need a windshield and called to get a price. They want you to use the online system, but I like to talk to human beings when I give them my business. The phone tree kept hanging up on me and told me to go to the website. I guess I'll buy my $1000 windshield from a company that will answer the phone. I don't care if it is more expensive elsewhere, I prefer more personalized interactions.

The whole experience was from start to finish was smooth. I got a fairly large chip in my windshield for n my way to my dads daughters house. I was advised by my son-in-law to not delay the fix. I called my agent who arranged everything. Within an hour I had an appointment the next morning. Safelite was easy to work with. The technician who came out was pleasant and informative on the process.

Had a heavy object hit the driver side windshield that did significant damage to our brand new car. Insurance referred us to Safelite. Got an appointment set, but no follow up text or call to reconfirm. Been waiting all day for them to arrive during the window of time that was set, and still no call, no text, no show. Terrible customer service.

Their commercial literally runs on TV and radio every 15 minutes, so when I got a cracked windshield, I contacted them immediately. Everything done online with scheduling.I could not get the option of having them come to me, so I dropped of car to their shop at 8am. My tech Rudy was a great guy and did an amazing repair back to factory condition. My insurance covered everything. So my cost zero dollars.The only issue is once you drop off your car, there is no communication? No phone number to call shop directly. I had to get on the phone, call them, wait wait on hold, as the customer service person has to contact the shop to get any kind of status. They text you when the car is ready, but no time estimate is given and it is just a waiting game until you get the text. Hard to plan the rest of the day at work when you do not have a time to pick up.
