I never received a survey and want to make sure my technician gets the credit he deserves. MY TECHNICIAN WAS OSCAR. HE WAS ON TIME , HE WAS FRIENDLY . HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND NEVER ONCE SEEMED ANNOYED BY THEM .HE DID A GREAT JOB. . IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE .

Came here for a replacement windshield in a truck. They were polite, fast and the windshield held up. They forget to call us when it was done but we checked in and it was fine.

Ok. I’m all down about someone having a bad day but… I’ve used Safelight back in 2015. Was living in St George Utah at the time. The work was impeccable and so naturally I wanted to use Safelight again when my windshield needed to be replaced last summer. I waited ALL DAY for this “repair man” to show up. It was a hot day and I live in a gated Mobil home community. I had called several times to make sure he knew how to get into the community. Finally he called, giving me attitude about how he couldn’t find my address and threatening to leave. I told him to stay put and I’d be right there. His attitude sucked from that moment on. I even offered him cool water after he’d supposedly “fixed” my windshield. After he left upon inspecting of his work I noticed that he’d gotten grease all on the headliner and Apillers of my car. The clips for the shield have never popped back into place. I noticed that the windshield wipers world fall off if I lifted them to clean the windshield. Just last week I too my Lincoln to the
Dealership for its tuneup all to find out that the clips were broken by my Safelight repairman.
I will not be using Safelight in the future.
Too bad Safelight, you lost a faithful costumer.

I had my 1992 Honda Civic towed to Safelite Palm Springs only to be told that they didn't have the window. I had to use another tow from AAA to get back home. Later I was able to book a mobile appointment only to have the tech tell me he wasn't able to install the window by himself and would have to reschedule when he could have another tech. If they could do it. He did give me a couple numbers to ships that might do it. I called. They didn't do windshields. I ended up calling JSS Glass in Cat City. They met me in Yucca Valley and one man had it done in 20 minutes for practically half the price. Horrible service and customer service or lack of it from Safelite. Could never talk to a human. Shop around folks.

My partner and I were holidaying in California over from Aus and we had managed to shatter the windscreen on the jeep we were renting. We were both extremely stressed and upset about it however when we came here the guys were so genuinely nice and made us feel so much better about the situation, let us use the wifi and even recommended good places to eat while we waited. The repair was finished before we even finished eating and the whole process was so easy and we were able to be on our way to our next destination straight away. Thanks to the guys here we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday ?

Excellent customer service. Vehicle was ready prior to the estimated time given at check in.4th appointment with safeliteEach time I have left completely satisfied with the service. Safelite should have training classes for other customer service industry organizationsTruly an organization that has customer service as a priority!
