I'll start my story with this I have been going to Revivals Since it was on Perez Road and Cathedral City The first one and I must say has changed over the years but my experience there the last time I went to revivals and spent $100 what's atrocious and disturbing . Outlet store and I was going to buy a bag oversized shopping bag find Macy's sci-fi tickets I'm buying the bag why don't I put the items I'm also going to buy in this bag I was in a costume by one of their employees who told me I could not put the items I was going to buy in that bag I cannot use the back I was going to buy to put the items in I said perhaps maybe I should go and purchase this bag and then I will own it and then I can put items in my bag they told me you can't do that either well apparently they have a problem with people filling up bags and running out of the store but that's not my issue that's store issue I don't have a dog in that fight but I do have an issue with the lack of customer service the rudeness and the thought that they are the best on the Block let's just be clear it's not Rodeo Drive for all the Palm Springs $1 millionaires could have a seat and bring back the old revivals cuz it's all second hand stuff.

For a place that is supposed to be helping people that are below fabulous, financially, they are charging exuberant prices on free, previously owned furniture. They have unique items, but I don't want to pay 6000 dollars for a couch that Grandpa died on last week. It's like Goodwill only for extra elite rich people only. Their CEO is a billionaire now, from reselling free donations. Revivals is trying to one up him.

Such a clean, well-organized, and well-stocked second hand shop! Dog friendly! Super nice and helpful staff! A must-visit if you're coming to Palm Springs!

Russell is extremely rude and a mean person. He shouldn't be working with the public and its unacceptable to treat people like he does. He is unfriendly and downright mean to customers. He shouldn't take out his personal issues on customers at the store.if he can't be friendly to the gay guys that shop there then he should work somewhere else.

My mother passed and my siblings and I are now donating most of her clothing and small items. Me and my sister went to the p.s. location to donate. Now it is quite a bit of bags so I was aware of maybe some hesitant on waning to exept all. And I was willing to go to other locations to donate. But I got alot of negative energy from the staff about the amount and the staff asked us to take it to the cat city location. And when we got to the cat city location the negative energy was there but they were willing to take our bags but said they were more full then the p.s. location we chose you as our charity to support but I didn't fell happy leaving like I did an positive thing. I will continue to support and shop but it puts a pause on my willingness to donate for a good reason. In all it was a total of 15 trash bags.
I do have to say that the cat city location seemed more excepting of our donations but more annoyed by the p.s. comments on sening us over.

At times the place is messing with people not giving a thought if someone may buy the item they looked at and just toss it back. Prices are a little bit higher than it should be let's talk the stuff is donated or free it's used gouging people

The Revivals on Indian Canyon in Palm Springs is a great second hand store. A lot of the staff are volunteers who believe in the mission that founded the business. Their support and that of the community is what makes Revivals such a staple of the city. There is a wonderful selection of clothing and housewares, furniture, and the usual odds and ends. Prices are beyond reasonable, and they will accept all kinds of donations at their drop off center behind the store.

Some of these vintage stores are a hit or miss and this one is awesome. I browsed the aisles and found some cool stuff at very reasonable prices. This is a very popular shop because there was a constant flow of customers coming in and out.
