I had an issue with a Ralph's store credit
I was advised that the manager had to complete my order. I interacted with manager Milsa
She was so nice. I really appreciate her
All the employees there are great !!

I shop here nightly and for the most part it’s a good store with some friendly staff. The other patrons who shop here don’t seem to be aware of others in the store and don’t have manners. Pretty self involved clientele who avoid eye contact at all cost. Not to mention open rudeness shown to staff. What really bothers me is the number of homeless people who come to this store and steal openly. And I do mean OPENLY and obvious. No one pays attention to them loading up and they know it. I’ve witnessed this countless times. They might as well post a sign saying “free groceries”. Plus the store personnel do NOTHING to deter this thievery. It’s just insulting and disgusting and an affront to paying customers.
