I love this store and have found several great items over the years, but every time I pass through town and make sure to come during opening hours, the store is closed with a sign on the window describing some random reason for the closure. No one answers the listed phone number and this has happened every time I’ve been through town in the last year. It’s really disappointing!!

Great little designer second-hand shop. Nicely curated. Found a beautiful men's Hermes necktie for $89. The shop is mostly women's but is gaining more men's items. Ami was a big help. Thank you.

Love this place! My husband and I went here today (we also went on our last visit to PS) and got some gorgeous things! This place is for people who LOVE fashion and get what great deals you can get here! An Hermes tie for $87?!! I got a lovely Rhode dress for a steal. Nice selection of sizes and merchandise. Ami was awesome and kept finding me more things to try on. This place is amazing!!

Ok, so this review is long overdue. If you are in PS, this is a must. I never leave PS without making a stop here. Literally every piece is amazing and if you appreciate one-of-a-kind pieces and know your brands, you will appreciate the price point. Don't forget to check out the jewelry too. The sales person is so sweet and kind. I can't recall her name but her smile and voice is so calming, she brightens my day every time I am there.

Seriously excellent selection. All the current designers and some obscure ones you may never have heard of.... as well classic cult favorites. All pieces in excellent condition... she really has captured the essence of what you look for in "preLoved" designer goods. Best part... the customer service from Ami was lovely. Yes... the prices are a bit higher than online... but consider the location, the rent, the ability to try before you buy... cheers to this new (needed) boutique in the desert.

I think preLoved is a nice idea. A small consignment shop, thoughtfully chosen labels. But the execution isn't fantastic. The layout is fresh, and the taste level is high, but the main issue? 50% retail for consignment is totally unacceptable. You can charge 30-40% (usually in a direct collective) but 20-25% retail is expected, especially for items that have parts cut off their tags. The service was friendly and it looks like this store is incredibly new, so I'm hoping the pricing will all work itself out in time. Until then, it's a nice to drop by of you're in the area, but don't make a special trip to stop in.
