The staff is very friendly and I was in and out for my dogs appointment. The only downside is when I called to make a appointment, i was on hold for about an hour. Even when I got ahold of someone hey said I needed to call back later. I did and i was still on hold hour another hour, the in store service is great just not over the phone.

All of the staff there are great. They love colonel and treat him like he was one of theirs.

Everyone I have encountered so far has been friendly and very helpful. It was Bowie’s first time at the vets and the vet assistant and doctor were both wonderful with him. I felt very comfortable asking questions and was pleased with the answers I received. We will be bringing him back in for his dental care and bringing our other cat, Oliver, in for a check up as well. Thanks so much, so far, for a positive experience.

I felt good about our appointment and am looking fwd to getting the pheromone atomizer for the house. I bet that will take care of my problem. I may pass on the urinalysis until after I see how the atomizer works. My decision is solely financially based.

After I "panic" called, I was reassured and given an appointment that day. (doesn't always happened, they're pretty booked up. A good sign) As many times as I've gone it's always been a good experience. Her staff and Dr Bousquet are great. They understand my dog's issues and are so good and calm with him while doing their "job" (I wonder if they feel it's a job or a joy) I highly recommend this veterinarian and they are the only ones I'll use from the rest of my dogs life.

Dr. Bousquet is the best, most caring veterinarian. She takes all the time you and your pet need. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I used to go to Animal Samaritans because I loved Dr. Bousquet. She was always kind to my babies, and I never had any issues. The next thing I know, she is no longer there. Finding Dr. Bousquet took me a few years, but I finally did. She is at Petsmart in PS. I have been taking my animals there - even though I live in Indio and she is in Palm Springs. All my babies are 'special,' meaning they come from the shelter after a terrifying life. They are at ease with the doctor and her staff. I highly recommend it!

There's only ONE female vet in this place, and the entire clinic is basically run by young girls called Techs. Be careful, they over charge you.
