Wash and hand wax lasted about 1 hour as quoted with a reservation/appointment... $70. plus $20. tip. Jorge did a really nice clean-up on my metalic black finish after all the mud and dirt left around here in PS. from Hillary... I'll definitely come back.

It's a bit on the pricey side comparing that you can wash your car and have the same shine at other places. But this is almost 100 percent hand wash.

Very happy with the interior detail and exterior wash I got at Palm Springs Car Wash. They delivered on time and it wasn't overpriced for the service.

Quality has really gone downhill over the last few months…. This last visit was the final straw, I even reached out to management and never heard back. My car floors were still dirty, the visors covered in dust, the overall feeling felt like I had maybe washed my car 5 days ago not 5 minutes ago. For what they charge I can have the mobile cleaner come to my home and do a better job. The pictures included are minutes after having it washed.Services: Polishing

Not all the vacuums and other detailing tools after car wash are not working. It's been like this for a long time. Months.I used to have the unlimited, cancelled cuz so many times they're not working. Employees say it's the compressor that isn't working. Please fix. Otherwise great!

Great job for a car wash in this area. Hand prewash and dry. I am taking one star off because the cc machine asks you to tip before you see the car washed, which I refused and was given a look. However, I tipped the guy at the end because I thought he did a better job than I was paying for. Tipping before the service is absurd, and I will not do it. Otherwise, it's a great shop.

Getting it done right the first time! I loved that they told me if it rained within like 3 days (yes, it was rainy season in PS), I could come back to have my car washed free. What great customer service!!

Searched for a hand wash car service and found this one. Located alongside the gas station, I found that it's a mix of hand and automated. They vacuum out your vehicle, then hand scrub off major grime. It then gets loaded up on a rack to be pulled through the automated car wash and blower. It then proceeds to the hand detailers to get spot dried, tire treatment and interior wiped. Customers can stand on the side and watch the progress or wait in an air-conditioned waiting room behind the gas station.Considering that my vehicle had 6 weeks of traveling dust accumulated on it, I can say it came out pretty decent for the price. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I first pulled in. 30 minutes later, I was on the road again in a better looking car.

I must say that I have had nothing but great service at Palm Springs Car Wash and I have recommended them to many people. There are more expensive car washes out there but they pale in comparison.The people are so meticulous wiping the car down and I never have unwanted drops after I leave.Thank you, Palm Springs Car Wash!

I appreciated the quality of the car wash but discovered that my new car dealership gives me 2 free wastes each month including vacuuming. Sorry, I now save $60 a month going to my car dealership.
