the branch in Palm Desert has the rudest girls working for them. if you do not have an account at premier they treat you like scum. they don't say thank you or have a good day back to you and act like they have done you a favor by being there. if I was to choose to be a customer I would never go back to the palm desert branch. they need to take a class in customer service.

The level of service is outstanding. The staff are friendly and always know me by name, very professional. I do wish they had more tellers on busy Friday afternoons, sometimes the line is so long and there are only 2 tellers, but other than that, it's a great bank!

MY "at the Bank" experiences have been excellent from day ne. I wanted to find a small personal Bank to take care of me and I was very impressed with my first Contact -Elizabeth Arguetta who was very knowledgeable and helped me in setting up my account.and using the APP on my mobile phone. Working with my account information at home has been more confusing and somewhat disappointing. There have been too many occasions that I have been obliged to drive to the Branch and have Flizabeth sort outage technicalities I had encountered with online tasks such as setting up Bill Pay - the system is poorly set up and needs simplification to become more user friendly. thei site is confusing for we lesser technically savvy. Apart from these issues I am still glad that I enrolled in Pacific Premiier Bank in Palm Springs

This is the only local bank that actually has a person answer the phone and speak with you. If you are disabled or have a hand injury or a senior with poor vision, going to the internet as directed by the major banks May not be an option on a given day. I tried Chase, I tried Wells Fargo. There is no way to ask them questions such as do you have a chair with arms so that I can get up when we are finished with our banking business. The bankers at Tahquiz branch are friendly and even call you by name. I hope they always stay the most person oriented bank in the valley.

I have been banking with Pacific Premier since it opened in Palm Springs. I love that when I go into the branch or call, the person I talk to knowsme. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

I have been with this bank for several years I wish they could expand into the brokerage industry I would move all my money . The staff are so helpful and the branch manager Flo is amazing so accommodating and always willing to lend a hand or go the extra mile . You can’t find customer service like this anywhere like this these days . I mean try calling chase or Wells Fargo and get put on hold for hours. Here you walk in they take care of you and voila .

Website said Palm Springs branch was open on Friday 12.23.22 but when I left work and drove over the bank was closed for renovations. Today I called to confirm the project was complete and Elizabeth was unsympathetic and defensive, saying "Oh there was a sign on the door". This attitude is typical of staff at this location whenever customer feedback is provided. A simple pop up message should have been added to the website and/or a email sent to Palm Springs branch customers. In this digital age such simple marketing tools are easy to execute and prevent customers from being inconvenienced.

I was welcomed to pacific premier bank to four workers that seemed. To be amazed that foottraffic actually came thru the door . As two workers continued to talk amongst themselves a teller leaned out of her chair and asked if she could help me. After the less than inviting welcome I was then summonized over to a worker that remained sitted and in a somewhat condescending tone said may I help you. I expressed that I had difficulty I 9 my identification as the agency that issues the driver's license had mis informed me and logged the wrong info as far as address. But not going into why that agency did the wrong procedure this bandker that takes the new customers thru the door expressed and showed a look of disgust towards the proposition that I had to open a account .I briefly explained only to fall a prejudgingpredihuce sigh stating she'll ask but the general mgr I n charge won't have any other answer that shy does. I stated that I came to pacific premier from orange county and when explaining my situation it was then expressed by the branch manager that she would not want my business and didn't even look into the situation. I have been a sales manager for .a foreign car and it is raght waok I eame excited asbe siseemed she did. I feel that the institution that my escrow agency has hold my money is biased and less than receptive to an owner I hope that this fall on the tçcciest and discriminate against thpr okou

Sandie was very helpful with our business account and walking us through what was needed. She took us in without an appointment and with a smile, sat us down and made us feel comfortable. We highly recommend this bank for all your banking needs.

This bank rocks! Besides their friendly staff, helpful in every way, they have the best online banking! Pacific Premier Bank has been a very fine place to handle my banking needs. I have more than 30 years of banking history in the Palm Springs area and have not found a better institution.After opening an account in with Pacific Premier, I had a few questions about account features and about the possible credit cards offered in association with my account. When a question came up, my phone calls were received. My questions all professionally dealt with. Flo has been a great help navigating the banking system.

Our business account information was recently stolen. Our local Palm Springs branch wasted no time, in acting on the incident. The Account was closed, a new one opened. ACH and Checks were arriving at the bank on a daily basis for a few weeks. The Operations Manager contacted us each day to confirm fraud or actual outstanding checks, that were returned or promptly paid thru the new account. We were so grateful that no money was lost by our company. Flo Jenkins, followed up each day to ensure we felt the bank was there to take care of our business. Just wanted to give a shout out the the excellent staff in Palm Springs !!

Pacific Premier Bank, Flo and her team do a wonderful job everyday. Small town bank feel, being kind to everyone with all the internet banking you could need! Everyone in the bank knows our names and says hello! Pleasant and efficient! What more can you ask from a bank...they are the best!
