I have been with this bank since 1998 when it was a locally owned bank, Canyon National. While the aura of the local bank was lost when it was absorbed by PPB, the friendly service and great people never changed. Now as we move onto another iteration, I hope all the employees are happy and remain.

After four decades at BofA I had to move. I dealt with Elizabeth Argueta at the Rahquitz branch in Palm Spring. She was amazing in every way! I should have done this sooner. I’m next moving my business account here from Chase all because of my positive experience.Thank you so much for everything.

The level of service is outstanding. The staff are friendly and always know me by name, very professional. I do wish they had more tellers on busy Friday afternoons, sometimes the line is so long and there are only 2 tellers, but other than that, it's a great bank!
