Excellent customer service and selection but yes some items you will pay more for but they have to cover their resort fees and high prices rent being right downtown Palm Springs.

Rude service and terrible prices on bongs and glassware. They quoted me a laughable $50 minimum for a bong you can get for $20 or less anywhere else. Maybe they are better at other things, but if glass is what you’re after, go somewhere else.

This is THE best smoke shop in Palm Springs. Everyone who works here is very helpful and they have a good inventory of product. They have a parking lot located behind the store and an ATM on site.

The staff here is very helpful and nice. However, I purchased a Smok RPM2 vape device for $79.99 there. Once home, I checked on-line vendors and the average price for the same item was $34.99. I can understand paying more in a resort community and an actual store front but $40 plus over the average price? I don't think I'd purchase anything from them again. Do your research first before you buy a product such as this from them if you want to save yourself some money.
