We had an amazing experience with Colton at Music Box and Clock Shoppe. This is a very cute shop with unique items, both for Christmas and all year. Colton was fabulous! He wrapped our packages beautifully and was an absolute delight. We genuinely loved chatting with him, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the various items we were interested in and purchased. The items I purchased are beautiful and I am excited to have them when I return home. I would highly recommend this shop!

Colton was super helpful. Loved the selection of clocks and jewel. Sweet little shop for traditional clock work. I also found myself a beautiful crystal ring while shopping.

Music Box & Clock Shoppe is AMAZING! We shop there every year on our annual Valentine's Day get-a-way! They have amazing product! And Colton (who works there) is simply divine! So helpful! Will always shop there!

Had an amazing experience here! Colton was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable which made the visit awesome. I found something in the store for Valentine’s Day and I messaged him seeing if it was still there. He responded immediately and helped me give a Valentine’s Day gift, which he wrapped for me beautifully! Thank you so much Colton! Will definitely be coming here again!

Visited Palm Springs and got my favorite travel treasures here! Everything is beautiful - and the professionalism is second to none! I bought two pieces of Murano glassware and my sister bought a music box. Colton was so kind, personable, knowledgeable, it was a wonderful experience and the highlight store of all our shopping! What a treat visiting with Colton at the Music Box & Clock Shoppe earlier this week! Colton's is a jewel himself, so personable and professional. He can answer a wide variety of questions regarding clocks, beautiful art pieces and jewelry. I do love my Swarovski, and he always picks out just the right rings, bracelets or necklaces to fit my persona of the day! Thank you for the fun and unique shopping experience in Palm Springs Colton. I will be back soon for more exceptional customer service and great gifts. P.S. He makes the complimentary wrapping so beautiful it's a gift all in itself.

The Music Box & Clock Shoppe in Palm Springs is a fantastic place to shop.What a wonderful experience meeting and doing business with Colton. He is very accommodating, friendly and certainly deserves a five star for customer service. Everything in this store is beautiful and the glassware is handcrafted from Italy. The handmade vases and glassware are elegant. A beautiful selection of Swarovski and Christmas decor. Many thanks to Colton for extending the best customer service ever! We will definitely be back to shop in this high end store and see Colton.

I definitely recommend stopping in the store!I can't say enough good things about this store, the items they sell, it's owners, and the customer representatives.They sell a variety of Murano Glass, Swarovski Crystal, Musical Clocks, and many other items.I stopped in because a clock in the window caught my eye, Gordon was so helpful showing me the clocks. I couldnt look long but I asked about shipping and said I would be back the next day. When I went back Gordon had filled in the customer representative, Colton about what I was looking for.Colton was fabulous to work with!! So patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel like part of the community. If your looking to buy or just browsing the beautiful items this store makes you feel welcome without pressure to purchase. They do a fantastic job describing and educating you about their various products. This is one of my favorite stores in Palm Springs.Thank you for all the time you spent with me and for my beautiful clock, I can't wait for it to arrive. If I'm ever back in Palm Springs I will be stopping in again, and I will definitely be having a few more items shipped to me!

My husband and I were in Palm Springs for lunch and I ducked into this great shoppe. It's just beautiful. I saw this bracelet and planned on coming back the next day to purchase but something unexpected happened and had to return home quickly. I couldn't get this bracelet out of my head for a week so we went back to Palm Springs for lunch at Tyler's (best burger) and went back to this shoppe to purchase the bracelet. Colton was really great and I love honest opinions as I can't always decide on my own. Thanks, Colton! I'll hit this place whenever I'm in town and I love the bracelet! Btw, I'm a music box collector and there is a wonderful selection.

Difficult to get parking here, the shop appears to have fewer clocks than it used to. I received a $200 gift certificate that says it 'never expires' so I wasn't in a hurry to use it. I waited until I felt I had enough money to buy one of the clocks - around $450-500 - but evidently the shop changed owners and the new owner would not honor the gift certificate. He did offer a discount on a clock but it was disappointing to learn that 'never expires' didn't really apply.
