Contacting the Better Business Bureau, Palm Springs City Hall and filing many legal complaints. I have proof and witnesses of them working with spotters (illegal in the state of California it’s actually a misdemeanor). They want to charge $500 ( a little more) for less than a 5 mile tow and “storage fees”. Look at the comparison between night when I took a Lyft to obtain assistance and day not even 8 hours later. They claim “Palm Springs Police Department” is liable. No honey you know the laws if you don’t you’re going to find out through litigation. They said “a lot of people say they’re going to sue but they don’t” right, well let’s see how having to pay 4 times what you’re trying to charge me feels like.

They towed my car away after a drunk driver smashed into me in Palm Springs. I had all of my personal belongings in the car as I was in the middle of moving to to East Coast. I wanted to retrieve my belongings but couldn't bc they insisted that I prove this was my vehicle by supplying them a copy of my registration. They wouldn't accept my drivers license with the accident report for palm springs police department OR a printout from Carmax showing that I am the owner and I make all the payments on the vehicle OR a printout from my insurance company...even ALL of those things together wasn't enough to prove I'm the owner so I could get a change of clothing out of my car, at least. Finally the day before I was to fly to Baltimore I got the registration and a ride to the tow yard and wanted to get my stuff BUT it was about 15 minutes before they closed and the woman working said I'd have to come back the following day, which was Saturday. I returned Saturday, the day of my flight and had to pay $110 for someone to meet me there to let me get my stuff from my car. The WORST part is: I noticed that someone there had been working on my car! They had attempted to straighten the hood and all 3 panels along the drivers side of the car where that drunk drivers car smashed into me. This is BEFORE the insurance company has even had a chance to assess the damage to MY vehicle! This is the absolute WORST experience with a tow company I've ever had. Smh TERRIBLE!

Mohica towing was awesome!!! I discovered on my lunch break that I had a flat tire. AAA sent out Mohica to help me replace it with the spare. Come to find out, my car unfortunately didn’t have a spare. The guy that came out was super helpful and still put air in the flat tire to see if he could hear a leak and check to see if the tire would even hold air. The tire ended up having a slow leak and was flat again by the time I got off work. AAA sent Mohica back out to pick up my car and take it home for me. The pick up was set for 5:00 and the driver was actually early :) He got my car loaded up in no time and it was delivered safe and sound. Both guys were very nice and very helpful! Thank you so much!

These folks rescued me from a really bad situation. I was stuck in a motorcycle in the middle of Whitewater Canyon at dawn. Found my exact location w their GPS and loaded my bike and rescued us. I'm not sure I would have survived in all honesty. Will always be grateful to Mohica towing.

I was towed for illegally parking at the Palm Springs Villagefest. I was able to get my car back that same night just as they were closing the gate for the night. If paying cash, make sure you have the correct change because when all was said and done they got $513 + $7 tip because I had nothing smaller than a $20 bill. Yes, I tipped them for doing such a good job towing my car to their impound lot. It was not a good experience for me. But they were doing their job well...too well.

Fast, affordable, careful, and professional. I had them move my two old work trucks from Desert Hot Springs to Palm Springs, and I also had them rescue us once or twice when our delivery vehicle broke down.
