I want to bring attention to the deceptive pricing practices at MetroPCS stores that are selling their plans and phones, particularly one glaring issue involving the so-called "free" iPhone 11.First and foremost, the promise of a "free" iPhone 11 is far from the reality. When you walk into one of their stores, you're met with a bewildering array of charges that quickly add up. In my case, I was shocked to discover that I ended up paying around $190 for the first month and activation, even though the promotion claimed the iPhone 11 was free.Here's a breakdown of the charges that left me scratching my head:Overpriced Plan: The store was promoting a $75 plan, which is significantly higher than the highest-priced MetroPCS plan, which is $60. This alone should have been a red flag.Activation Fee: They charged me a $25 activation fee, which is absolutely absurd because activation is typically free when you sign up online. Why should I be penalized for choosing to visit a physical store?Hidden Phone Cost: The most egregious part of this experience was the revelation that the "free" iPhone 11 actually costs $90. This fact was conveniently left out during the sales pitch and is a clear misrepresentation of the offer.Perhaps the most disheartening part of this whole ordeal was when I called MetroPCS customer service to voice my concerns. To put it bluntly, they showed a complete lack of care or concern for my dissatisfaction. This lack of empathy for a paying customer was truly disheartening and has left me with no confidence in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend MetroPCS to anyone. Their deceptive pricing practices, including charging taxes for supposedly "free" phones, are misleading and unfair. It's disappointing to see a company resort to such tactics, and it ultimately erodes trust in their brand.If you're considering MetroPCS as your mobile service provider, I strongly advise against it. There are many other reputable carriers with transparent pricing and better customer service. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere for your mobile needs.

if I could find the owner of this gas station I absolutely would I pull up I get out of my car and the girl comes out of the gas station locks the door and says I'm close I got to change trash first instead of helping a customer and taking money she changed trash and told me too bad I have to wait

Had the worst experience with this store I went in because my phone did not have service . My bill was paid so I went in to get help . I was attended by Hazzol and it seemed like she did not want to try and hear me out or help me out she checked my phone for a little she said since I have a iPhone 6 I would not be able to have service anymore and needed to upgrade my phone unfortunately she said there weren’t any monthly plans available to purchase a new phone so I wanted to cancel my service since my iPhone 6 did not have anymore service . Before I did I decided to visit a different store where the young lady there was able to not only fix my phone service but also offer me a monthly plan to upgrade my phone when I was ready to. I will never come in to this store. She was only nice when trying to sell a service probably a fake face to make commission but had a bad attitude when trying to fix mine.

Top notch service from Diana and her colleague this morning. I was helped very quickly with a phone upgrade and provided with assistance in switching over my apps and contacts and getting the new device ready to go. Highly recommend

The reps are known to add unwanted features without even letting customers know until they have to pay the bill the following month. I had insurance added to my plan without even being asked. I know it’s to improve the numbers on their board but it’s ridiculous. Management should not nag their employees so much that they feel forced to do things like this in order to meet their expectations.

I've been a MetroPCS customer for nearly ten years and have always been satisfied with their service. I moved to South Palm Springs recently and unfortunately it seems to be a dead spot for the MetroPCS/T-Mobile network. I am reluctantly forced to change carriers. I am going to try Spectrum Mobile which has a pricing structure similar to MetroPCS. Thanks for all the years of good service!
