Light Bulb replacement, I was travelling through the area and my light went out. I needed it repaired on the spot, on a road trip. They were great, took my car, didn't even ask my name to see if I bought the car there (which I did NOT) , 25 minutes later, car came back ( I also had the bulbs, they did not use them), I asked Isaiah what do I owe you , to my suprise, NOTHING, WOW. This is what Mercedes Benz and Palm Springs Mercedes Benz stands for, what great customer service. Palm Springs Mercedes Benz is the BEST!!

Beware of using their service department if your Mercedes is no longer under warranty. They will charge you $480 just to provide a repair estimate and it's only refundable if you have the work done. In my forty years of using other MB dealers, I've never had this happen. They give new meaning to the term "Highway Robbery". Alan RobertsRancho Mirage

My experience is regarding that of a new Mercedes purchase with Andrew.I inquired on a vehicle they had listed as in-stock on their website. But like so many dealerships, I was concerned they did not have an accurate up-to-date website.Andrew promptly responded and confirmed the vehicle was in-stock and ready for purchase. After a few emails and calls we clarified pricing and finance - as I was located over 6 hours, there were a number of hurdles associated with the purchase. Andrew kept the line of communication open during the entire process of purchasing and shipment of the vehicle to me. Additionally, we have continued to have an open dialogue regarding features on the vehicle and also paperwork. I wish all dealers had this level of commitment to client satisfaction.Overall this purchase process has been great. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs.

I came in for an appointment to have a recall service done. I had a check engine light on that had to do with my o2 sensors which they replaced. When I picked it up they said your check engine light is still on. We can run a diagnostic but that will be 480 dollars. I explained I had the diagnostic and that the light should be off now. They won't check the light without me running a diagnostic. That's fine but then I asked about the 2000 dollar recall incentive. Jeff was very nice and pulled out the paperwork for me to get the 2000 dollars. I went to to pick it up and he said that's my only copy you can take a picture of it.You would think that they could make a copy of the paperwork. This is a multi-billion corporation.To send me away without offering me the incentive or even making me a copy is just ridiculous. Considering they charge $480 to run a diagnostic and 395 to get a key made. I felt like they look at me like I'm an idiot. I know owning a mercedes is a little bit more money, but they are supposed to be all about customer service.

I am updating my review. My disappointment should have been directed at Mercedes Benz Corporation and not towards Mercedes Benz Palm Springs Service. The Palm Springs Service Team has been very gracious and accommodating. Software glitches, recalls, and quality control issues are manufacturing issues. The Palm Springs Service Department does everything within their span of control to provide quality service and repair.

A warranty situation with our 2019 CPO Mercedes has now been resolved and this dealership is currently repairing our car. The Service Manager, at Mercedes of Palm Springs, Michael Labrecque, in a very professional manner, took quick and decisive steps to alleviate a misinterpretation of our warranty issue by this dealership. As an added note, our new service advisor and any of the support staff we came in contact with were all courteous, friendly an efficient.

On June 9, 2023 I came into the dealership for a regularly scheduled service with 4 serviceable tires. When I left, my left rear tire was completely flat. Either the technicians did not inspect my tires (although the invoice said they did), or something happened at the dealership to cause the flat tire. I explained the situation to the service manager but he didn't offer to resolve the issue. I was basically on my own. He also told me that he would call me back later that day after he had a chance to look into the matter, but I never heard from him again. Very disappointing.

I always enjoy doing business with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. I always come back to purchase a car there because I feel confident in them.Salesperson Brenda is wonderful! Her charm and wit along with her knowledge of the product, keeps coming back.

I stopped by with a friend at the dealership to test drive a Mercedes. My friend introduced me to Cody - that was probably the best part of my car hunting journey. Cody is super professional and honest. You probably won’t hear him say “I don’t remember this off the top of my head” about specs of a certain model. Most importantly, he doesn’t pressure you, or even harass you once you leave the dealership with endless emails and phone calls like other sales persons do.I kept test driving other vehicles in other places but most probably knew I’ll make my purchase at Mercedes thanks to Cody.Couple of weeks after the purchase, I’m super happy with my car. Very good & smooth buying experience as well once I decided to pull the trigger.Others in the dealership (front desk & Brenda) are also very nice & helpful.

The purchase experience was flawless with Jared as he is a very knowledgeable and experienced sales consultant but and I mean but the service department is definitely one of the worse I have ever experienced. From having a brand new car who’s engine breaks with less than 40 miles and me being forced to do a buy back and wait 4 months because they wouldn’t change the car for me to buying a second one and having wind penetrate the interior cabin with videos to prove what’s going on and still no assistance. I have taken my car so many times that their Service Manager Mike called me personally to tell me “ We here at Mercedes Benz of Palm Spring’s are no longer interested in servicing your vehicle so take it to Your closest Mercedes Benz dealer that isn’t this one “. I was appalled by the call and asked if he would give me one more change to prove to him I wasn’t crazy. So we set up an appointment to drive together. After getting on the freeway and proving to him that wind was coming in through the windshield and a nasty rattling noise could be heard he said “ yes you’re right let’s make an appointment to fix this issue “ and he sent a video he took to his foreman and mechanics. The appointment came and I left my car with them for over a week. When I picked it up from being repaired. The service advisor Rick who has been helpful to his own capacity said. We fixed the rear view mirror rattling but we didn’t do any repairs to the windshield to fix the wind leak that it has. Mike didn’t approve it. So how crazy is this answer? The Service manager after hearing the issue and how loud it was and after taking his own videos now declined to fix my car. Now I’m in process of another buy back. Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs definitely monopolizes the business and situation as they are the only Mercedes Benz dealer in the Coachella valley and the nearest one is over 50 miles away. So I won’t buy a car from them again and I did take the advice of the service manager and just got myself a better car with better pricing at a better dealer. Driving to Cerritos was definitely worth it. Now consumer affairs and the best business bureau will have to investigate this as Mercedes Ben’s of Palm Springs can’t continue to treat people who pay lots of money for their cars this way. It’s a disappointment and a bad look for the brand who pushes luxury and service over anything else.
