This little shop is what dreams are made of! They have unique items that are fun and full of color. I could spend hours in this place looking at everything. They also have an Instagram page that is equally as amazing and makes you want to run over there STAT! Definitely stop in and check it out.

Very cute shop! A lot of kitsch and tongue in cheek drinking gear. Perfect for Bachelorette party supplies or bday gift. A little too pricey for my budget.

Cheeky gifts. Kat & Cody is a boutique style gift shop. It is the place in Palm Springs for gifts with personality. Fun items for all ages. Many items have pop culture references. Items include, but are not limited to, clothing, decor and toys. Lots of small items that are great for fitting into a suitcase. Quite a bit of merchandise is thoughtfully stocked in the space. The selection makes this shop great for more than just souvenirs. Dog friendly. Animals are allowed in the store. They also put a water bowl outside.

Great shop with tons of great decoration products, on my opinion based on the Palm Springs style design. I recommend to check the whole place, I'm very sure you going to found something to take home. The prices are good.

Went into the shop to buy a gift for a friend. Found what I wanted-it was a cute mug with an obscene saying, which was very funny. The mug cost $22 and it's made in China. Having more money than brains, I decided to buy the mug with cash. I was immediately informed by the snippy Queen behind that counter that, "We don't take cash!" Who's ever heard of a retail shop not accepting cash? Deplorable customer service + over priced kitsch = not a good business plan.

Here's what will happen... you will eat breakfast next door, stumble into this gem of a place wondering what it is and then emerge an hour later, hands filled with bags of stuff for yourself and others in your life, furry and otherwise. That's what happened to me on a recent visit to Palm Springs and I wish I could take this shop back with me to the Bay Area. It's packed with so many hip, fun, funny and artsy treasures! I wanted to do some Christmas shopping but I just kept finding things to buy myself. The "Be Kind" earrings, each word on a separate hoop was one thing I had to hold myself back from getting - but can buy from afar (I have the store's website). Super cool Adler-esque pillows (I got a small one as I had a carry on bag), cocktail kits for stocking stuffers, pet toys... I could go on. If I had had a *real* suitcase, I would have gone crazy. Greg was helping me and he was fabulous! So funny and interesting - he had excellent recommendations. Did you know that Kat & Cody has a sister store a block away called Cold Nose Warm Heart? It's for dog lovers. It's pretty amazing, too. When I return to Palm Springs, I will make sure I check my luggage and go nuts at Kat & Cody. It's so much fun and has that Fred Segal vibe!

Kat and Cody is right next to a very busy restaurant so you can't miss them. This little shop is very cute and screams PS from the colors to the lights. There are tons of very cute souvenirs everything from animal cards to t-shirts and cool socks. If you're looking for very different type of souvenir then this is for the place you want to be.

Kat & Cody is a must visit when you're shopping in downtown Palm Springs. I wanted to purchase everything in this store! They sell gear for your weekend trip (fun pool floaties, Fanny packs), gifts for your mom (cute felt Christmas ornaments, coffee mugs with dogs on them), greeting cards, jewelry, puzzles, home decor, coffee table books and more. Having spent an afternoon perusing the area, I can confidently say that this is the nicest, most well-curated shop on the PS strip.
