I had 36 concrete pavers delivered. Once unwrapped, I discovered 8 were broken. I went to customer "service"and showed pictures of the broken pavers. Anthony and Melania from Lowe's stated I needed to bring the (heav) broken cement pavers to them. I stated that they could pick them up when they delivered replacements. They refused, gave me a bunch of attitude (told me to "sit down") and after furtive calls with mgmnt finally and grudgingly refunded the amt for broken pavers. Anthony and Melania are a poor choice for customer service. I'll be going to Home Depot, Builders Supply and Ace from hereon.

I would give this place zero stars but that's not an option. Don't bother at the Lowe's Palm Springs. Better results at the Lowe's in rancho mirage. Better everything. That is... if you want new appliances delivered even after triple checking, new appliances that actually work, again rancho mirage!

I just moved in the area full time and needed a home improvement store to go to. This Lowe's is the closest one to my place according to Yelp so I decided to give this Lowe's a try. I must say I was a little surprised by how bad the reviews were but kept an open mind. I needed some wood pieces to make a few shelves. I had just walked into the store to look around. Within a mins, someone yelled from across the aisle "Can I help you?" His name was Jay. I told him what I was looking for and Jay took me to the aisle and showed me all the choices. I got what I needed and Jay cut the wood to the sizes that I wanted. Jay was very careful to put some duct tape on the wood to minimize fraying. No one had ever done that before. Normally, cutting the engineered wood by an electric saw would cause the wood to fray very badly. I always have to buff it out when I get home BUT not this time! I also needed some products to fix my dameged polished concrete floors. I went to the flooring department and the associate was very nice but wasn't 100% confident what product might be the best fit for my project. He said we needed to go and see this guy who is very knowledgeable about floors. The associate took me to the knowleasgeable guy and it was Jay! Jay knew exactly what I needed for my floors. I was very impressed by everyone here, everything from asking me if I had any questions, helping me decide what I needed to cutting wood plank to the sizes that I wanted with such care. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a home improvement store. I am so glad this Lowe's is the closest store from my house!

We just had the worst experience at the Palm Springs Lowes.We were forced to pick up a water heater from the Victorville Calif Lowes because it wasn't available any where else.And no one would deliver it.It turned out it wouldn't fit - we never opened the box - we found out by measuring.We called the Victorville Lowes and we're told we could return it to any Lowes.So we took it to the Palm Springs one.The Palm Springs Lowes refused to take it.We are canceling our account.

They should just close this store. I was just there and there are hardly any employees and all of the registers have been swapped out for self-checkout. I'm not on the clock at Lowes so I refuse to do self-checkout. I took my items to the service desk to ring. I'll be going across the street to Home Depot in the future. This Lowes is weirdly a depressing ghost town.

DO NOT buy appliances from here...doing a new kitchen remodel, waited a month for special order appliances. Had Counter top guys waiting on microwave to be installed so hay could do a full quartzite sheet backslash install. To our surprise in box microwave was damaged. After spending over $8 K on appliances had to re order and wait yet again for microwave to be delivered. SO SO FRUSTRATING

I just wanted to give a giant thank you to Louis Warner Jr. in the Pro department for going above and beyond to help me in my quest to replace the windows in my home. His expertise, patience, understanding of my goals and how to best achieve them were incredibly valuable to me and instilled my complete confidence and trust in Louis and Lowe's. I also want to commend and express my deep appreciation for the professionalism of Kristal Roses, who is a project specialist on exteriors. She is extremely knowledgeable and presented my options so articulately when she came to give rough estimates of my windows. She was able to provide me important facts of the efficiency and warranty distinctions, in her ultimate goal to create the most positive experience possible for my project. She is yet another true asset to Lowe's and I am grateful that Lowe's has such high caliber individuals in their respective departments. Thanks aren't enough, nor are just 5 stars. Louis and Kristal are true 10 stars plus in my book!Best regards,Randi

We've had nothing but issues and problems with the associates at this store. We placed a large Kraftmade order six months ago. It's been a nightmare from day one starting with Sara in kitchens. She initially doubled charged us and six months later, we still don't have a complete kitchen. She doesn't return phone calls or emails. Items have been on back ordered for months. Numerous items arrived damaged. The replacement items were also delivered damaged. No one including the "managers" of the store can provide any updates with confidence. Our shower door purchase was equally frustrating. We purposely ordered the doors as the sales associates indicated they offer home installation. After numerous calls and messages unanswered, we were told they no longer offer these services. A quick phone call to Home Depot across the street resulted with the doors installed the next day. The Home Depot experience and follow up experiences with additional purchases has been a polar opposite of Lowe's. Customers have options. We elect to give our business to Home Depot.

I ordered a Bar B Q over a week ago that was in stock and I was to pick it up. They charged my credit card and I have heard nothing from them. I repeatedly called and they said they would call back within an hour. Never heard from them. I call back multiple times and through the shuffle of people I was transferred to, the call gets dropped. Renaldo from Customer service either does not know how to transfer a call to the manager or their phones work like crap. The call gets dropped. I called back while writing this review and was dropped 2 more times. They know I want to talk to a manager, but they don't return calls.

NEVER AGAIN. This employee was very rude and said to wait until after he stocks some boxes. I came into this Lowes to check for tiles at 7:00am. I waited in the same aisle 20 mins passed and he didn't say anything to me so I asked another employee and he said the worker Tony could help but I let him know he already said he was busy. Tony saw the employee helping me and he YELLED out 'There's already 2 people ahead' which he did not inform me, plus when I arrived early there were NO customers. I've been to all the Lowes in the valley since I have property clients. The other worker helped me and simply scanned the tile in 2 mins.This worker Tony woke up angry, did not have a good attitude Or he is rude and lazy, because Fred the supervisor had to come assist me and check the quantity of a few tiles in stock that I asked for. I think I'll just stick to Home Depot across the street where I never have this problem.

It hurts to have to take stars off for this one but there's a pattern I'm observing here..Whenever shopping here my service is stellar out on the floor or at the cashier, the other is lackluster and might I say annoyed??The last time I visited here, the employee in the appliance section was stellar.The woman helping at the register was so angry she full on started an argument with me. And even snatched my card from me.Do better! I have no idea why the employees would be so aggressive or even agitated. HOWEVER in todays climate it's definitely not safe for employee nor customer. I'm definitely more bubbly and giggly lol. But jeez. Imagine if I was a firecracker :-/*insert dramatic fainting gif*3 stars for the employees I do come in contact with that are stellar and professional !
