My fiancé and I always make a stop to visit this specific kiehl’s location when visiting from Texas. Why? Because of the wonderful Michael! From our last visit Michael remembered us with a warm welcome. The overall knowledge and service is always impeccable and has us excited to update our skincare routine. THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!!

Atrocious sales associates!
I am constantly amazed by the lack of patience and consideration the sales associates have in this store.
As a long time customer of Kiehl's, I will no longer visit this store. I do not need to be screamed at by a sales associate to "WAIT" to give him my phone number. Not only once, but twice!!
Perhaps Missy Man needs to find a new position at the local Walmart...

From a killer sunscreen to a great selection of skin moisturizers, this Kiehl's location has THE BEST SELECTION of top quality, exceptional skincare products. Kiehl's and this location in Palm Springs, California are my number one go-to's for my health and beauty requirements. After my complimentary skin evaluation (Hydration 87%!) and low skin barrier levels (boo) I had to do a big shop of both my Kiehl's favorites as well as a personalized morning & evening cleanse and moisturizing protocol, I can see, feel & show off my new #glow!! Stop in and tell Michael he Rocks Kiehl's and sets the standards for a brand ambassador. One consultation and you'll be sold on Kiehl's & Michael. His extensive knowledge of the Kiehl's product line will truly astound even the toughest of critics. Great store! Super clean and well stocked. Staff are nice and friendly and always helpful, ready to answer your questions. Their manager Michael is also super nice, very personable and professional. I love shopping at this store

Whoever is working at 11:15am on Jan 12 is horribly rude and has a terrible attitude. Definitely would not recommend this store. I will buy online and get it without her unprofessionalism.

I purchased a gift card for a friend so he would receive it on his birthday. Three weeks later I received an email saying that my credit card would be refunded. But my friend must have thought I forgot his birthday. The email made no reference to this, nor did they offer any attempt to make it right.I went directly to the local Kiehls and spoke to the manager (Matthew). He informed me that he couldn't do anything other than forward my emails to see if he could offer the same discounts that were valid when I originally purchased the "gift card". Kiehls is a stuffy, overrated, company with no concept of customer service or a desire to reward loyalty (my friend was a longtime customer). Not anymore. He gets real customer service from Clarins and no stuffiness!

The worst customer service. As 20+ year Kiehls consumer, this is the worst store I've ever been. I went to pick up an online order and the person who gave me my order never offered free samples. With every purchase, you are eligible to receive 3 samples (it even notes that online). And when I did ask for it, he only gave 2. Very stingy. Not happy with this store.

Love kiehl's! Came here on 11/30 evening to pick up an online order and received excellent customer service from Michael. There was a line of people forming behind us and he never got frustrated nor did he make us feel rushed whatsoever. Will definitely return. Happy customers!
