Took my car in because the engine was shaking -probably a misfiring sparkplug or cylinder. I chose Kamila's because a friend used him and gave a glowing review. First, the mechanic told me it was a sparkplug and quoted $110. Then called to say I needed a new valve cover. Told me I had to come pick up the car, drive to the Nissan dealership, buy the part ($210) and then come back to have them to install it. What kind of garage make the customer go pick up the parts in a car that's not working properly? I had to pay in cash and it seemed to confuse them when I asked for a receipt. I got a couple scribbles on a little receipt like you get from a server in a diner. How professional! A lot of sketchy people hanging around the shop and all the strip mall parking lot security cameras are suspiciously pointed away from their garage area. After it was all said and done - car still had the same problem as it did before I took it in. I did not want to take it back there. I just took it to a garage closer to my home that I use for oil changes, tune ups and smog checks. They said it was the ignition coil. I think Kamila's just "fixed" what they THOUGHT was the problem rather than actually figuring out what WAS the problem. Don't let the star ratings fool you. Friends and family have probably given him the 5 star ratings to balance out the real customer low ratings.

Strongly advise not going to this place. I went in for a wheel alignment they did the wheel alignment I paid drove off and had to go back. They redid my wheel alignment steering wheel was still crooked. The guy told me that was the best he could do there was no more Adjustments. I took it to the alignment man he said the tires were so far out of alignment with the tires would’ve been ruined within 8000 miles. So the tire man did the wheel alignment now it is perfect. I went back to kamilas auto shop To get my money back he saw me pull up didn’t even have to ask for my money he gave it to me right away knowing they did a horrible job I believe they didn’t even do it at all

Fernando and team helped me replace the tire pressure monitor in my Porsche Cayenne, they were great. Fast friendly service and I could not be happier.

Fernando and his team replaced the tire pressure monitor in one of my Cayenne tires. I really appreciated their fast friendly service, they took me right in and got the sensor replaced in 15 minutes. I had to buy the sensor at the Parts Authority auto parts store which is across the street, took a day to get the sensor. Probably 1/5 the cost of a dealer. What's not to like.
