Carlos in the lab, did a perfect job of drawing blood! I did not feel anything, and had no hesitation from him to use a butterfly when I said I had small veins. He should teach the others in the area the right way to do the job!

I met with Dr. Nasr, who is by far the best physician my husband and I have ever come in contact with, but that’s no secret! Everyone tells me the same thing. Both nurses in the office today, Ian & Giselle were stellar also. They were friendly, kind, put me at ease, and agreed with me wholeheartedly when I said I felt I had the best physician in all of Kaiser. They told me lots of ppl said the same & they felt so, too. Then I got to the Lab. Carlos V. apologized for the wait, which truly wasn’t long at all, then after formalities, proceeded to chat with me & make me feel at ease. He distracted me so well that I didn’t even feel the poke of the needle! Before I knew it he was thanking me and saying he would open the door as I exited. What I love about Kaiser is this: Everyone I come across from doctors to nurses to lab techs make me feel like family, in addition to their skills being second to none. Kaiser is the best & I’m beyond blessed to have them leading the charge in my medical care.

This location is located in a building with office suites. You park in the parking garage and either take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor.

Dr. Adams, and his assistant RN Jeff Davis, are outstanding. My husband William Lundin and I moved here last year and were really concerned about finding care like we had with Kaiser up in Northern California. We are both very happy with the care from this team. There have been a number of concerns and they both act quickly and expediently. This is very necessary in mine and William's health plan. Thank you both!

5-stars for medical care. 1-star for customer service. Overall: 4-stars. Like all Kaiser medical offices, the actual health care by doctors, nurses, and ancillary staff is excellent. Dr. George is wonderful! The complex bureaucracy of getting that care is another matter. If you can tough it out and learn the bureaucracy by trial and error, then this is an excellent choice for quality healthcare with budget customer service. I'm the advocate for my elderly suego papá. Some types of appointments are very difficult to schedule. His doctor ordered a follow-up medication that required an injection. We spoke with 5 people at the call center and wrote 4 emails before anyone would explain how to book this appointment. (Answer: Email to doctor. Then doctor's nurse will schedule. Some appointments cannot be done by the call center.) Now that we "cut our teeth" I can laugh about it. At the end of the day, the main thing is the actual medical care which is excellent.

Moved from Kaiser Northern California into Kaiser Southern California and it was disastrous. Attaching "healthcare" to Kaiser SoCal is an oxymoron. Never had such poor medical services in my life. Few facilities, unresponsive staff and doctors who are obviously bored with their profession. Had two broken arms which went untreated because X-rays erroneously read by an LV. Had to really fight to get treatment, this complaint is more medical services with primary doctor and not specialists, whom I have found great

Recently I presented myself to my doctor (James Adams MD.) with multiple problems and a severe time constraint for solving them. He went out of his way to help me, at great sacrifice to himself. I don't think I have ever seen a doctor more responsive and effective in all my years. There is a reason this guy is the only Kaiser doctor listed in Palm Springs Life Magazine"s "Best Doctors".
