Customer service at the deli not so much. Ordered a $12 sandwich but they have no utensils to eat it with the sides like coleslaw etc. The makers of the sandwich was just rude. I should have left it there but overall I like the grocery store just don't count on the deli staff of being kind that was today BTW

The food was ok how ever the person cooking it was rude and look liked he did not liked his job not too customer service oriented, he could improve in his skills that customers notice the service given .

What a gem of a store! Had to order a Thanksgiving gift basket and the whole experience, from the selection of items to the delivery was top notch. The personal customer service was very much appreciated.And the gift basket was beautiful.Happy Holidays!

I wanted a photo birthday cake pic of a group of friends on a beach 20 plus years ago. I went to 5 other bakeries that couldn't do it. I had no idea if Jensen's had the set up to make such a cake but opted at the last minute to stop in to see if it was possible. The bakery staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. A customer in front of me saw the photo and said, "I'd love to see myself 30 years ago on a beach on a surprise cake!" So, I was thinking those who it was being made for would too...therefore, worth the effort to find the right bakery to make it...and, so I did at Jensen's. The cake was a HUGE hit at the birthday party/reunion of some of the friends on the cake who hadn't seen each other in a few years...and who hadn't seen/thought about or even knew the photo existed. No need to ever go to another bakery again...Jensen's is now my one and only.

Very well-stocked grocery and specialty items store. The store is on the pricey side, but, given their ample sortiment of goods, it's well worth the extra dollar.
