Fantastic service with a wonderful selection. Friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of from the greeting to the walk back to our car. The store owner Michael even gave us a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the purchase.

My partner and I have been living in Palm Springs for just a couple of years. We both work in LA and spend the weekends in PS. We have recently ventured out from our usual spots and have been supporting local restaurants and businesses. After breakfast, we decided to take a walk on the main hwy as we are always looking for furniture/ accessories. We came into this business and the woman inside could not be bothered with greeting us whatsoever. Not sure if this was an owner, manager or associate, but we did not feel welcome. They do sell some great pieces, but we were never acknowledged the entire time we were there. Not sure how businesses like this survive with this horrible business model. Very disappointed.

I could write about the upgraded quality of every piece of furniture and accessories in the store, or I could write about the unique ambiance the minute you walk into this specialty design place; however, both of those important aspects of home design are not as important as the person helping you design. We started our journey with this store four years ago when we bought a Italian Maple dining table made in Italy, like literally shipped from Italy. We loved it and spend so much time around it. Fast forward to six months ago, and we started to feel our house just wasn't balance; we needed more updating with our furniture. We ventured back to Interior Illusions and had a sigh of relief. Just walking in the store, we knew this is where we needed to find the rest of our furniture and design pieces. We are not interior designers and we were a bit lost in the process. Then came Amy Smith. She talked to us, got to know us, get our vibe, and figured out exactly what was our style. She also came out to our house to get a "lay of the land" and give her expertise advice. She was spot on. Our house feels like a home, and we owe it all to Amy who helped us with furniture, accent pieces, and even the scent to make our home a place we want to spend all our time. Amy is simply a gem and we can't wait to have her help us design our backyard now!!!

My husband and I stopped in the Palm Springs showroom looking for ideas to furnish our Rancho Mirage home which was undergoing a major remodel. We immediately felt that the furniture was the style and quality that would fit the grand scale of the home. Walking through the showroom each piece of furniture was unique in its own way and we could tell the quality was prime. Amy approached us and after a brief introduction she mentioned her very affordable design services as an option. Amy went to our home and measured, and Within 2 weeks we were sitting down with her going over very comprehensive scaled diagrams of each room and renderings of the furnishing selections. I will say that her vision was completely different than mine so there was a level of letting go and trusting required on my part. She had a whole home vision which I came to respect and ultimately I was able to accept and understand. I appreciate her knowledge and experience and she has a natural design sense and ability to see the whole picture. She is also very accessible through the process and answers questions and allowed me to stop by the showroom anytime. We highly recommend interior illusions and Amy. Michael and Christina Slate

We recently bought a home and needed to furnish a brand new house from scratch. We ran into Amy who is a designer and has fabulous taste. We bounced ideas and our concerns, and she came up with some amazing ideas of how to make the home modern and comfortable. She has the ability to order from many vendors and gave us a lot of options. We bought many things but pictured below are some of our favorites. She also gave us advice on how to maintain these pieces. The store gets refreshed all the time with new stuff so you'll want to come and look often. Overall, we were super happy with the great selection, pricing and customer service. Amy is absolutely the best and we will be back for more!

I was in need of a really good sleeper sofa and I knew that American Leather was the best option. However I needed mine within 3 weeks and nothing was available in the country within a 12 week lead-time. Amy was able to work her magic and find me a floor model that was absolutely beautiful and matched my décor perfectly. She responded within minutes of my email when I first reached out (shopping remotely!) and stayed with me until we completed the sale. Interesting gallery style modern art furnitire store. Not so much to my personal taste, but the items seemed to be quality and some pieces were indeed fun. If you are into neuvo modern chic then give it a look see. I did like the giant metallic look iguana and a couple wall plaques and an alligator skin (faux) pedistal.
