My experience with H&R Block and my tax advisor Laura Ornelas has always been great. She's always walked me through -what- I can write off, and -what- I can't, and gives me great tips for the following year, and what to look out for based on my salary, medical bills, work-related expenses, rental income, etc. I always recommend to all of my friends and family that it's best to go with H&R Block over using some sort of "app", because it's personalized and agents like Laura Ornelas are always there to answer questions or give you advice. 5 stars! :)

Well I had an appointment when I got there the building was dark and no one was thereI called all the numbers online and The automated phone Is system keeps hanging up on me, nobody answers... it was a terrible experience

I guess Block's service is adequate, but the prices go up every year. I am retired and have been living considerably below the National poverty level for several years. I am penalized for being self-employed, making a modest, part-time supplement, teaching children. Gouge me, Block!!
