I am a pretty good customer at H & M downtown Palm Springs. Half the time I go in there I am wearing their clothes. I always tell people where I get the clothes when I get compliments. So my friend bought me a shirt there for a gift. He did not give me a receipt. I didn't like the shirt so I tried to exchange it for something else. NO DEAL, without a receipt you are stuck with it! I do understand that people steal things and then try to return them, but I was really annoyed for some reason. I didn't want a refund, just a different shirt. I doubt that I'll be spending more money there any time soon.

In the store the clothes look great and are priced well…. … ..After the first wash all your garments will disintegrate,shrink, wrinkle and be a total waste of money.Go search for well made garments elsewhere.

Gentleman with glasses might get paid per hour but he doesn't need to take the whole hour to ring one person up for such little items. His leads shouldn't have him at a register if he can't ring up three items in less than five minutes.
