“This place has the best customer service. I always go in like a clueless a gay man that I am, and they never make me feel stupid for the kind of questions I have.

Today one is their team members, James Key, back in the keys department really helped me out and went above and beyond in solving a problem for me. I could not be grateful for his assistance! Thank you James!”

“Yoshi is a true gentleman. I brought my Stihl RMI 422 P robotic mower all the way from Phoenix today for him to run diagnostics and a software update and he was nothing but professional. Unfortunately, the unit is beyond economic repair so it was a lot of driving for a disappointing end. Yoshi would not let me pay him for his time and was very empathetic, something other mower shops could really learn from.”

“This store has everything including the BEST customer service. My husband lost a washer off his walker. They not only found one for us as we waited at the counter but also applied it to his walker making sure it was good and tight so it wouldn't fall off again. They made our day!!!”

“In Palm Springs this Home Depot was the store to locate a specific paint color I needed for furniture.

Service is good, labels on aisles are big & bold, you cannot miss nor the numbers or items written.

Came in with a price already in mind ($15) I came looking for the smallest tintable paint I could find with the help of one of the staff members.

Searching for a black paint & a pineapple yellow I found a smiley face yellow instead which was the closest to.

They tint the paint and open when finished (takes approximately 5-8 minutes & they open it to make sure it is an exact match of the color you want labeling the can itself at the top with a painted fingerprint.

My color was a perfect match, I decided for a glossy finish, however it was priced at $17.48 a can & an unexpected $0.60 paint fee?

I can say I enjoyed shopping here for what I needed, just need to anticipate the fees, in the future.

Free Wi-Fi provided by Home Depot is a plus, parking is plenty right in front of the store convenient for oversized vehicles, well organized aisles, friendly staff, & unique customer service.”

“I had never had the opportunity, until recently, to pick out paint for a house I lived in. Now we own a home together. I went to Lowe's determined to make a decision on paint and color for our bedroom. I went in and after 15 minutes and my kiddo losing focus, I almost gave up again. Something told me to grab the few blues and grays and go to the counter, so I did. I looked at the employee and said, "This maybe is crazy of me, but could you please pick a blue and gray for my room, I'm terrible at making final decisions. He more than happily picked the colors and even carried on a nice conversation with me. I was very appreciative of him that day. Great job hiring him, Lowe's. That's a step in the right direction compared to some employees who have zero empathy, not to mention knowledge of your stores subject matter. I will be buying the rest of my house paint here among many other upgrades you offer, all because of an employee you hired that made me feel like a human that day, and not just a number. Thank you.”

“I just moved in the area full time and needed a home improvement store to go to. This Lowe's is the closest one to my place according to Yelp so I decided to give this Lowe's a try. I must say I was a little surprised by how bad the reviews were but kept an open mind. I needed some wood pieces to make a few shelves. I had just walked into the store to look around. Within a mins, someone yelled from across the aisle "Can I help you?" His name was Jay. I told him what I was looking for and Jay took me to the aisle and showed me all the choices. I got what I needed and Jay cut the wood to the sizes that I wanted. Jay was very careful to put some duct tape on the wood to minimize fraying. No one had ever done that before. Normally, cutting the engineered wood by an electric saw would cause the wood to fray very badly. I always have to buff it out when I get home BUT not this time! I also needed some products to fix my dameged polished concrete floors. I went to the flooring department and the associate was very nice but wasn't 100% confident what product might be the best fit for my project. He said we needed to go and see this guy who is very knowledgeable about floors. The associate took me to the knowleasgeable guy and it was Jay! Jay knew exactly what I needed for my floors. I was very impressed by everyone here, everything from asking me if I had any questions, helping me decide what I needed to cutting wood plank to the sizes that I wanted with such care. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a home improvement store. I am so glad this Lowe's is the closest store from my house!”
