“I wanted a photo birthday cake pic of a group of friends on a beach 20 plus years ago. I went to 5 other bakeries that couldn't do it. I had no idea if Jensen's had the set up to make such a cake but opted at the last minute to stop in to see if it was possible. The bakery staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. A customer in front of me saw the photo and said, "I'd love to see myself 30 years ago on a beach on a surprise cake!" So, I was thinking those who it was being made for would too...therefore, worth the effort to find the right bakery to make it...and, so I did at Jensen's. The cake was a HUGE hit at the birthday party/reunion of some of the friends on the cake who hadn't seen each other in a few years...and who hadn't seen/thought about or even knew the photo existed. No need to ever go to another bakery again...Jensen's is now my one and only.”

“Love Stater Bros, though some isles were a little oddly organized. Service is friendly and isles are huge! Good deals, though unlike Safeway/Vons/Albertsons or Kroger stores... They seem to require use of the app with no feature to sign up and clip/add deals online where as the competition gives you the option of either or both... but that's 2023 I guess.”

I forgot bags, so I proceeded to pickup and use a small produce box that was left out trash. The cashier didn't look happy that I used it, but she didn't say anything directly. ... “Starbucks is always a good enjoyable stop in the day. It has become more expensive but there are specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays that can help out your wallet quite a bit so if you plan a little bit then you can save if you're a stop every single day in the morning then you're going to have a least of $30 a week habit and for coffee that's quite a bit especially when I can buy Starbucks Brew it at home and take it with me and I'm sure that Starbucks doesn't mind how you use their coffee as long as you are using their brand”

They take the time to search the store for exactly what I'm looking for in the timeframe I need and when my picks aren't in stock, they offer almost identical substitutions to complete my lists for recipes throughout the week! Thank you for making my life a little easier when it comes to meal planning with my busy (sometimes all over the place) schedule. The DUG team's hard work is recognized and much appreciated!”

“The deli selection here is exemplary. The Smoketree deli offers items the Sunrise location does not, like fresh meatloaf. I love the pesto pasta salad! The store is smaller but has good variety in the product stocked. Because the isles are narrow, it can become like an obstacle course during peak times.”

“Lets go to Ralph's Palm Springs!In one of my favorite well stretched out plaza/centers in Coachella Valley that I'll call the Sunrise Way Shopping Center (if it's not already named that).Typically clean, typically extremely personable and typically you will find what you need!Depending on the day of the week, like most grocers, this place gets shopped hard! I always keep in mind at any place after Sunday morning it could be slim pickings if any for certain items.I've stopped in during the day and at super late night and everyone is always helpful from start to finish. Parking is very easy as is cart access. Prices may very, but Kroger/Albertsons/Ralphs and others in co have a nice rewards app and program that can bring in some extra discounts and the occasional best customer savings which sometimes include a free item each month which come in handy when traveling. 89oz Simply Lemonade... don't mind if I do!I will say that navigating through this store can be a little odd with some departments being redesigned for a newer feel, but an awkward layout in some areas including some small isles.”

“Typical larger chain grocery store with competitive prices. For the most part, the fresh fruit and vegetables looked fresh and had an appealing look. Nicely displayed and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh meats and sea food were appealing to the eye. Ample amount of real checkers at the register and self check is available.”
