I have been having my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for years and I have yet to have a negative experience. They have a user-friendly automated refill line and if you need to speak with the staff, they answer the telephone quickly. The pharmacy staff are always friendly, respectful, and efficient.

I wanted to thank Alex he is the best delivery man I know for always being kind and his deliveries are always on time wonderful he makes sure my insulin gets delivered and that he hands it to me personally so it won’t go bad. Always with smile ? very polite to me and cares about his clients he delivers to us seniors! And ask how I am doing. That’s huge to me. And John my neighbor I had him switch from CVS pharmacy and be with Las Palmas so he switched to Las Palmas pharmacy Palm Springs and loves it! He is impressed by you all n staff and also appreciates Alex that now delivers John’s meds ?Thank you so much Alex! And I also appreciate very much and thank the pharmacist Michael for listening to me and caring and his wonderful kind polite staff. Please let’s keep this whole crew forever! AVOID THIS PHARMACY INCOMPETENT My doctor sent in a prescription Thursday morning and when I went there they didn't know anything about it. 24 hours later. And you will never get them on the phone. You know you have problems when a pharmacy sells candy and not medical supplies.

they are not very good listeners the product is wonderful they keep having staff changes, I refilled my prescription for days that I get they seem to be very unorganized, when I asked for a prescription I got another prescription that I can't interact with another one they sent me both prescriptions and I just ordered one I tried to have a refund and they denied it the pharmacist was rude and very dismissive and disparaging very bad customer service it's so unfortunate because I do have good products

This is the best pharmacy in the valley in my opinion! There always very nice & helpful! Elissa is one of the nicest people and cares very much! I difently recommend them over any other pharmacy!!

This pharmacy is convenient for North Palm Springs. Very helpful staff; they go out of their way to help with options & coordination with medical providers. Nice to have thoughtful & caring persons providing service. They also deliver.

Love this pharmacy! I get Vetsulin for my dog Nemo. They will actually deliver! It is very easy yo get someone on the phone and if you need to pickup there is 10 minute parking right outside.

Helpful courteous staff. They've got to deal with prescription plans such as the horrible EXPRESS SCRIPPS which confuses the patient in the middle. Recommended over EXPRESS for those elderly unable to cope with EXPRESS SCRIPPS incompetent "service."

Pharmacist and techs were disparaging people who need Adderall which means they are disparaging disabled people and causing harm and stigma to meds that already have too much of it.Had security remove me because I spoke up about it
