Hello, I purchased a swimsuit yesterday morning (I was that first customer in the morning) and the hanger was green indicating XL size. Even the (handwritten label said XL). When I took it out of the bag this morning it turns out it is a M size… what to do? I am no longer in PS as we drove straight to Sacramento after visiting your store.

The selection is amazing, the sale prices are good, the store itself is huge and great for cruising and even their card selection is grand. My ONLY complaint is a sales clerk who incessantly watches (loud) videos on his phone whilst others are trying to shop. There is nothing more annoying than hearing some video din in the background destroying the cool beats of the disco blaring from the loudspeaker. I guess this short, silver-haired gentleman with dark eyeglasses and a big bushy black mustache isn't aware of the protocol that if you want to watch a video on your phone, you MUST use earphones. It is super rude to anyone else. And if I can hear his phone video on the far end of this massive store, well it must be pretty loud! Please stop doing this, Sir! On the other hand, the young Latino clerk (Joey?) is super helpful and actually really understands fashion and will offer his suggestions at request. Keep Joey and dump the phone-video dude!

Was in the shop and the guy inside was extremely rude to us and had a LOT of attitude. Super snotty and condescending. Had several items picked out but based on his attitude we put everything down and left.

Whenever I come to Palm Springs I visit this store. Though it is geared towards men, I've bought a couple of really nice tops for me. They are always super friendly when I walk through the door and more than happy to assist if I need a dressing room, etc.They have a lot of really cool clothing. It's a perfect place to shop especially if you're looking for the right outfit for the right occasion. There is also a back area of the store that carries CD's, mags, toys, accessories.........etcGive this place a visit. It's worth the stop.
