DO NOT buy from this business! I purchased wood floors and carpeting 4 years ago. My salesman at the time was Deno. He informed us that our carpet came with a LIFETIME warranty and if our carpet ever needed to be stretched or repaired, he was our guy for life! Well...he left the company (although they know who he is) and they are refusing to uphold their OWN warranty that is a glossy paper that CLEARLY states lifetime...they refused to stretch our carpet (which is wrinkled everywhere-the only carpet I've EVER had that has done this, btw) and when we requested to speak to a manager or the owner to discuss...no one would return our call except for the salesman who answers the phone (Dawson)...Why is management refusing to speak to a customer who spent 10k with them? Despicable and cowardly company! We had heard from our realtor and others not to buy from them and did anyway (as we fell in love with our wood floors) now we know why! DO NOT waste your money on this company...bait and switch!!

Headed back to Flooring Innovations today to start a second project with them...When it comes to doing household renovations things can cause a lot of anxiety...the team at Flooring Innovations really got things done in a timely manner...their estimate was a few hundred dollars more than some of the other estimates I got for the same project of ripping out carpet on our two staircases and second floor hallway and office loft but I went with them because they were the most organized and straight forward...Freddie helped us out with ideas for the flooring we picked out and love...Michael called when he said he would to come by and do the estimate and measurements...our two installers were polite, professional true craftsman that did a great install and finished a day early AND completely left our front porch and walkway and indoor tile clean as if there had been no construction in the house...spend a few extra bucks and go with the pros

My experience here was very good. And that's not easy to find these days. Had a floor redone from pipe leak damage and 4 wall areas tiled up new. Had no real issues, all requests handled. Helpful, professional all around. Results were excellent. As long as you have a little time and a reasonable budget I'd definitely recommend a serious look.

Deceptive business practices sums it up in my experience. I was shopping for carpeting for 2 rooms in my home. They seemed to have a more competitive price than the store I chose. Since their product was offered at a cheaper price I agreed to have them come out and take measurements for a fee of $75. I figured I was saving at least that much. Once I received their quote, it was $700 more than Carpet Empire. Little did I know, nor was it shared, and the sales person knew I was concerned with price, thy failed to mention their hidden charges. Carpet Empire price per yard included everything, install and deliver. Flooring Innovations was a-la-carte pricing. They added on the cost they never shared; Tack Strip @$75, Floor Prep (removing old carpet) $225, Carpet Ramping $18, Freight Charges $235, yes they charged me to deliver their product and Furniture Removal $219. I phoned the sales person, Mr. Kiser, and he could have cared less. I should have canceled the charge with my credit card company, but I did authorize the charge and that would have been dishonest, unlike their practices. Think twice before using this company and run, I mean run to Carpet Empire, you will not be disappointed. Mia Bakowksi at Carpet Empire was honest, personable, caring and a great sales person - no hidden cost with her....

Had a great experience working with Freddie in the Palm Springs store. I needed to order 3 area rugs for my home. All 3 were being fabricated from carpets and needed to be cut & bound to different sizes. One of the color choices wasn't readily available and Freddie found a substitute, checked with the factory on availability and was able to have it arrive in time to meet my deadline. I especially like the fact that they applied a non skid backing to the rugs which eliminated the need for a separate pad.

Because we live out of the area we told the gentleman who waited on us that we would not be buying our carpet here but wanted to look around. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Not only do they have the most unique and beautiful carpets we've ever seen but if we could have purchased here I would have been confident that they would do an excellent job. Sometimes you just have "a feeling".

The sales staff was very knowledgeable. They let me guide them to my vision, and they filled in the blanks with recommendations and considerations where I wasn't quite sure. They were very professional and I was comfortable moving forward with my decision. The gentleman that visited my place, to get measurements, prior to the install, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and represented the company well. His demeanor and service made me feel that I could expect the installation crew to be as professional and respectful with my home. My purchase had a pattern that needed to be lined up properly or it just would not work, and I thought it might be easy to mess up. When the installers showed up they explained that they were aware of the details of the job and showed me the attention to detail they would have working with the patterns and the overall install. Following that, I watched the way they moved a bit of furniture out of the way and removed the existing materials. The carefulness they had avoiding handrails, door jambs, and baseboards allowed me to relax in confidence while they did their thing; I knew it would be handled properly. They were quick, efficient, and clean. I love my purchase. I'm very happy! "Real Talk": Prior to my purchase, I did note previous reviews on here. I looked at the good and the bad. My opinion of virtually all of the negative reviews for this company is that the reviews reflect more of the customers attitude in business (and in life!) than this company, its employees, and its product. As a business owner and a manager of a service company, I know some customers deserve to be fired, but (in the name of capitalism?) we usually choose to turn the proverbial cheek and attempt to complete business with these people, sometimes resulting in a lose-lose scenario. Many of you would agree that the demographics of the area result in a pretentious and finicky bunch. I've noticed that it's almost a sport for some of these people to be unsatisfied with anything up to perfection. "Life is so hard!". Anyway, I challenge you to go through the reviews and imagine the people writing them; I think that will provide the proper objective view. If this review DOES NOT resonate with you or make you chuckle at least a little, I hope to never do business with you myself.

Great selection, excellent customer service, they came out to my condo to remeasure my relative square footage. Except for one unforeseeable repaired foundation, the cost for flooring, furniture moving, install, replace and paint baseboards, place furniture back in place, was fairly priced.

Good News and Some Really Bad! We recently purchased a townhome in Palm Springs. We soon discovered that there wasn't a lot of carpet stores in the area. We stopped buy Flooring Innovations and the salesman told us that this particular store was moving and they had some special deals on some good quality carpet. Well, it WAS a good deal (that part was true) but the problem was they called a couple weeks later (after we completely paid for it) and told us that they didn't have all of the carpet that we paid for. Their excuse was ridiculous but they did have some of the carpet so we had 2 of our 3 room installed. Their installers were on time and very good but we never could figure out why it took them TWO WEEKS to tell us that they didn't have some of the carpet that we ordered. OK, so we ordered some other carpet for our one remaining room but they messed up AGAIN! This time the same salesman "forgot" to order it" and so we finally just canceled our order with them and dealt with the other major carpet company in town. WOW! What a mess! We got a Great Deal on the surplus carpet but the whole process took 5 weeks and a lot of frustration.

Love the carpet. The installers did a great job. Customer service was frustrating. I had to call back on each question due to lack of response from my sales person. I never got a call back on anything. I always had to call a second time.
