This is the best way to get documents printed off. Not only are they extremely quick with the orders, but it's a super easy process, extremely cheap and the staff at this location are the best! There's no waiting around, they have it ready way before your selected pick up time and call you to let you know it's ready. I've been here a few times and this time I had A LOT of stuff to print off and it also needed to be organized and stapled into packets, and conveniently there was a whole little section with paperclips, a stapler and various other office supplies i could use to get everything in order before i left.

Extremely rude staff. Post Office staff is more competent. That should tell you everything you need to know.

THE LAST TIME I WAS HERE IT WAS HORRIBLE.I thought to give them another chance.Went back today, first thing in the morning.Lesson learned.Go across the street to Staples!The girls are nice & printing color copy turn around is not 5pm?To top it off, the sassy guy at the register tells me “you should emailed it sooner” I had to walk away.

Great customer service, and very helpful! Specially the Manager and Fernie I have been going there for years and they never disappoint,I usually get an email and the work is done immediately! Best FedEx in the desert

Important time sensitive packages were left in Dropbox for two days, Manager checked Dropbox himself and found the packages, had nothing say and tried to direct to customer service. Lost clientele due to managerial negligence.

As a 71 year old not particularly proficient with printing from an android phone email, I had the good fortune again of having Fernie to assist at Store number 2249 location PSPKK on Ramon Road in Palm Springs, his patience and efficiency was nothing short of stellar. I’m always delighted when I’m called to counter by Fernie, I know I’ll complete task and leave satisfied and grateful.
