The worst shipping company ever. Dont expect to get your package delivered. They made one attempt to deliver my package, left a door tag to let me know the next delivery date- never came. I waited all day for several days and checked my cameras only to get a notification a week later saying an attempt was made and package was refused (I was home all day to wait for this package). THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED OR CAME. And I couldn’t get a hold of a single real person on the phone. Absolutely horrible service and have no way of getting any help from a real person.

The drivers regularly do not attempt delivery and simply leave a note saying, “not delivered, will reattempt, must be present.” This time they wrote why they “failed” the delivery. “Honked horn” was how they “attempted” to deliver my package. This is the second time for this same package. These drivers should be arrested for mail theft and fraud. Picture attached. GFY driver.

There’s no way to speak whit a representative, the delivery time frame is not honored, even paying over night/express whit a specific time. The package was time sensitive and it was stated when shipped.

Terrible service. They have lied to me for three days. Saying they made an attempt to deliver. I know for a fact they did not make any attempt to make a delivery. I wish the company that I bought this from would go back to UPS. I never have a problem with them. I have problems with FedEx in the past. I am to the point now that if a company is shipping to me thru fedex I will not buy from them. I don't need the headache.

High-value package not being delivered. Status shows package remaining at Palm Springs FedEx for several days. Customer service kept reading standard replies ("international flights are delayed due to weather" even though it was a domestic U.S. delivery). Customer service agents had no interest in helping and at times were sarcastic and rude. Was told, "It's being delivered today" numerous times even though status shows it is still at Palm Springs. FedEx is not the professional business it once was.

I would give it no stars if i could run from this place if your package is here good luck and good luck getting help from this location. Worst location i have been to and if there's a problem with your package YOU CANNOT call the place they will just keep hanging up.

Absolute worst service ever. They have lied three days in a row about attempted delivery of my package. Now they can't locate the package and are refusing to reroute it to a drop off location. Due to this, I'm stuck in limbo and can't even get my money back for the item. I paid extra for quicker shipping... this is my reward. Go for UPS. I'm never doing business with FedEx again.

Insanely bad service. Lied about three days worth of delivery attempts and they refuse to re-route my package to a drop off location. Every time I call customer service they won't answer my questions and can't locate my package. I can't get any help or answers. When they claim to have made delivery attempts I was at my front door with the DOOR OPEN. Now I can't get a refund on the product, or answers on the package. Tracker has just said "delayed" now for days. Go for UPS. Never do business with FedEx.

Always late, ALWAYS! FedEx is personally responsible for so many shipping fiascos in my life when it comes to delivering anything important ,from pet food to meds, they're always dropping the ball. I only ever receive packages from them because someone else sent it and went with them, definitely not my choice. Garbage to it's fullest.

Fed ex is the worst carrier for your shipping needs. And good luck getting past there automated answering machine when you try to get in touch with someone at customer service. I would strongly suggest for one to use UPS or USPS if you want your packages to reach there destination and not be left on the curb for someone to steal them!
