Customer service and proper delivery service has gone and left FEDEX. I've tried to communicate the issues on multiple occasions, within the past nine months. I've been working in the shipping and receiving for over 25 years. I just can't seem to wrap my head around why they ignore their delivery and customer service issues. If they have employee's that are not happy with job, then why do they have them working for them. We are no longer using FEDEX for outbound service. And requesting our customers do their due diligence and make the decision for themselves. WE ARE DONE!

Waiting all.day for two.days at home near the door on the couch the stick door tag on door without knocking and leave then same today not an attempt at all just updates yo say be here by noon and not tp mention the dates are all.wromg on tracking . Get it together I know it's hot but it's your job if you can't actually knock amd deliver then maybe don't be I. The delivery service. Horrible company ugh im.livid

I needed a fedex to go out immediately for next day delivery. They walked me through the process and helped me every step of the way! Great service and in a good central location

The worst shipping company ever. Dont expect to get your package delivered. They made one attempt to deliver my package, left a door tag to let me know the next delivery date- never came. I waited all day for several days and checked my cameras only to get a notification a week later saying an attempt was made and package was refused (I was home all day to wait for this package). THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED OR CAME. And I couldn’t get a hold of a single real person on the phone. Absolutely horrible service and have no way of getting any help from a real person.

The drivers regularly do not attempt delivery and simply leave a note saying, “not delivered, will reattempt, must be present.” This time they wrote why they “failed” the delivery. “Honked horn” was how they “attempted” to deliver my package. This is the second time for this same package. These drivers should be arrested for mail theft and fraud. Picture attached. GFY driver.

There’s no way to speak whit a representative, the delivery time frame is not honored, even paying over night/express whit a specific time. The package was time sensitive and it was stated when shipped.

Terrible service. They have lied to me for three days. Saying they made an attempt to deliver. I know for a fact they did not make any attempt to make a delivery. I wish the company that I bought this from would go back to UPS. I never have a problem with them. I have problems with FedEx in the past. I am to the point now that if a company is shipping to me thru fedex I will not buy from them. I don't need the headache.
