Total scumbag engaged in perpetrating fraudulent and unlawful foreclosures to steal accumulated equity owed to the rightful owner. This man is nothing more than your common thug posing as a legitimate business man. He is engaged in forgery, fabrication of deeds of trust, fraud grand larceny, criminal conspiracy to defraud the federal and state governments as well as fraud on the court and making a mockery of the courts. Eric D. Bennet is a disgrace to his profession and to mankind as a whole. I have concrete evidence detailing his criminal activity and will be presenting said documents to the Attorney General of California as well as to the District Attorney. Mr. Bennet ruined my life, stole my life savings and retirement as well as irreplaceable heirlooms. I am a disabled veteran who was unlawfully evicted, thrown into the street wearing nothing but a pair of shorts, forbidden to enter or return to MY home and left homeless because of this man's avaricious and unconscionable goals. This all happened in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic moratorium (which was ignored and violated) putting my life in danger. I contracted COVID-19 several months later but was able to beat the disease after a couple months of recovery. Bennett's malicious acts against me have systematically destroyed my life by taking my home, my life savings, my retirement, my reputation and standing in my community as well as my physical and mental health. On February 20, 2023 I suffered a heart attack which resulted in my heart stopping requiring CPR to keep me alive until I was able to get the necessary medical assistance. Eric D. Bennett is directly responsible for causing the heart attack that quite literally killed me. Had it not been for the quick response of my husband and his administering CPR, Eric D. Bennett would be facing numerous criminal charges not the least of which being wrongful death. This man is a menace to society and will soon answer for the heinous crimes for which he is responsible

Working with Eric and Vivian was a great experience. I began with Eric before I had the actual home that I wanted. With the pre-qualification process, we identified my best targets and goals and from there I was able to use various online RE search engines and send Eric properties that I wanted to consider. Eric was professional and responsive with each query of mine. I was mindful of not overdoing this and also taking his advice and narrowing my search as quickly as possible. When I found the right property we moved quickly and with the help of my Realtor and Team Bennett, the process was very quick and smooth for me. I was always able to communicate easily with Eric & Vivian, either by email, text or phone and I felt valued and understood at all times. As well, Vivian was helpful in connecting me with the right insurance professionals who found me the best quotes for my needs. My closing was pain free and went as planned. I highly recommend Eric Bennett and I enjoyed working with his team.

I used Eric Bennett and his team at the recommendation of my agent. Eric helped get me pre-qualified very quickly as I started my home search. When I got into a bidding war, his pre-qualification allowed me to up my price quickly, ultimately landing the sale. Throughout the process, he was clear with the required paperwork, something that's always challenging and stressful when going through the home buying process. Ultimately, I was able to close on time with little to no issues. I'm grateful that his team stayed on top of it and kept the deal moving forward.
