Absolute worst experience in my weekly car rentals over last few years I have never had such a horrible experience. Your debit card can only rent certain cars , you have to give someone else's contact info and also have several other forms or utilities proving your ID. Thisnis the only car rental place I have ever had ask.for this crap. It is not necessary at all. I walked 25 mind to get the car only ro find out I can't rent because I have a debit card and didn't bring 50 id's with me . Ignorant. Never again with thos location. It is the worst.

Very poorly run. Plenty of vehicles and plenty of staff, but apparently only one guy to clean the vehicles to prep for rental. Many customers waiting for their cars. The wait appears to be over an hour as I over heard an angry customer at the counter claiming their reservation was a 10am and it’s now 11:20. I checked in and was told the wait is about 30 mins. I’m so far waiting about 20 mins. The staff is very nice and friendly and handle the unhappy customers in a very friendly manner, which is why I have 2 stars instead of 1!

Today when I arrived at this Enterprise location at 4041 Airport Center Drive in Palm Springs (a location that is offsite from the airport and which has cheaper rates than the airport location), I was shocked to be told that, although they agreed that I had a reservation, they had no cars available and did not expect to have any today. There were other customers there who also had reservations and who had been told the same thing. The Enterprise employees stated that their location did have cars earlier in the day, but those cars had been "confiscated" (their term) by the airport location. I'm sure that it is no coincidence that cars rent for higher rates at the airport location and, therefore, by moving the cars from a non-airport location to the airport, Enterprise was able to line their pockets by charging more for the cars. I had an out of town commitment for this afternoon and therefore had to find a different way to get to that commitment and, of course, ended up paying a lot more. When I asked the Enterprise Manager if Enterprise would reimburse me for the added costs since the costs were a result of Enterprises' rental practices, she said no. If you are looking for a rental car in Palm Springs, I urge you to avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Don't get victimized like I was by this unethical company.

A good convenient location when I need to rent a car. Had my MBZ in for repairs, and Enterprise Wes great getting me into some temporary wheels.

Final straw: picking up from this location and there's a line of 6 people and 2 very slow staff members working behind the desk. Wait for 35 minutes to be told that they don't have the authority to accept a Drivers License extension document even though it was issued by the State of CA and accepted by Thrifty Rental Car a few weeks ago during my business travel. So I quickly booked thru AVIS and picked up the same size vehicle for half the price!! So bye Felicia to Enterprise and never again!!

I would highly recommend renting a car from here! Cars are clean and well maintained. Their customer service is top notch. I work in the hospitality industry and would not hesitate to recommend this location to any of my guest. This is my second car rental from them.

Waited 25 minutes to rent a car with only 2 people ahead of me then another 40 minutes to get the car cause there was one person ... terrible attitudes by employees and terrible service

Really no issues. Effortless service. They are located just a bit from the airport. It was a 2 minute Uber ride and $11 Uber cost. But it was significantly less to rent from this location than the airport, and totally worth the small inconvenience for a 7 day rental. Our car was reliable and economical. We didn't take the upgrade, though the front desk guy did a great job trying to upsell us when we got there. We didn't feel too fussy on this trip, though I thought the car was purple and really loud - not my taste lol. It turns out it was a blue that looks purple in the sun. Ugh. I shook it off and didn't think about it when we drove it in the dark haha. Personal tastes aside, it got us from A to B, that's what matters.

Enterprise continues to outshine other businesses thanks to the amazing staff. Stephanie and Anthony are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient -- from remembering my name to flexibility when I have schedule changes -- they are superstars. They go the extra mile so customers have the best vehicle and correct coverage which drives home my point that they care about your driving experience.

When your NOS scores fall to a certain level, you’ll know why.Stefany should not be customer facing let alone managing a branch. Rude, dismissive, argumentative and not even professional enough to wear closed toed shoes.Made a reservation: I get a phone call a few hours later 10 minutes before my reservation starts while I’m in an Uber. . “We don’t have the car you reserved”. Tried to charge me for an upgrade. Then got indignant and rude when I called her out. I told her that the enterprise’s system allowed me to rent the car and I’m here to pick up my car. She gives me a car that’s filthy. Bugs all over the windshield and without washer fluid which I had to buy!! The car is 3 years old with almost 50k miles on it maintenance light flashing, an internal engine rattle, a wheel bearing noise and is unsafe.

Stephany has brought so much relief to our experience with renting a vehicle through a car insurance claim. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of when the insurance company wasn’t. We really do appreciate all her help as well as her staff. They were all very professional, understanding and just a breath of fresh air. We will reach out to stephany for any of our or families future needs when renting a vehicle. Thank you stephany!

Rented and pre paid for our reservation in advance. Went to the counter at the airport and realized the reservation was actually at this location. They couldn't help us at the airport. Fine, our mistake. 15 minute walk to this location, followed by an hour and a half of waiting to get our car, with only a few people in line ahead of us. Staff courteous and professional but catastrophically understaffed. Will never rent from here again.

Five stars for the pleasant service. 1 star for the ridiculous rules this Enterprise has. As an LA resident you're required to pay an additional $400 deposit. Fine, just annoying. We pay and then the agent realizes I'm using a debit, which I rented a car with Avis on with no issues the same week. He tells me he can no longer rent me the car as I don't have an outgoing flight from the Palm Springs airport. My team member who I was renting the car for and already had added as an additional driver, had a flight out of the airport but as I was paying they wouldn't accept it. I'll stick with Avis in future, seems to be consistent inconveniences every time I use Enterprise.
