Checked in the hotel Thursday around 3pm ish and saw the spa on the second floor. There is a qr code thing to scan and they give u a number to text them to book... I text them before 5 pm on Thursday and it is Saturday now snd they have not text me back.. The front desk told me they open at 10am and close at 5pm... It is dark in there and they haven't gotten back to me.. Very unprofessional.. Why leave a number to text them when they don't text back....cant wait till I check out I have a feeling my review on the entire hotel will not be good.. So far I was charged for something I shouldn't have been charged for so a little upset

Hilton Palm Springs is located approximately 4 blocks from downtown. Great walk along with beautiful views. I booked s junior suite with a balcony overlooking mountains. The balcony was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee and take in the scenic view. The room was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel.

Absolutely worst experience ever!!!!!!! I had two reservations set between April 20-23, 2023. My friend and I got there exhausted the night of the 20th. We both had two large luggages and were not offered assistance with dragging them through the pools to our room on the complete opposite side of the hotel from check in. After the struggle we get to our rooms and as always, I check the beds to make sure there’s no bed bugs. The first room we were provided was dirty and dark. It smelled and the carpets looked filthy. I did what I could with a dim light in the room to inspect, and it wasn’t difficult to find the beds were just as nasty as the room. There is no way that the beds were cleaned because there were dead skin pieces, hair, toe nails, and dried blood stains. I left my friend in the room since it was so far and walked all the way back to the check in desk to speak with management. I spoke to Emma who stated she was the assistant manager and the only management present at the time. I explained everything and even showed her the photos. She was extremely condescending and rude. With a serious face she gave me the key to another room and said she would send house keeping to the first room. I told her that I was extremely uncomfortable, felt a lot of anxiety, and she just kept repeating that she gave me another room. I asked for someone to come with me to inspect the second room but she declined. Her response showed that she did not care about the lack of hygiene or about how uncomfortable I felt about staying there after what I witnessed. She was unfazed nor surprised which gives the impression that sadly this is the norm. Nevertheless, I gave the other room a shot since my friend and I were desperate for a last minute hotel in Palm Springs. The second room was even worse. Everything that was in the first room I witnessed in the second room, but this time with a cherry on top, bedbugs. I was so disgusted and paranoid about catching anything. I called my friend right away and sent her the pictures explaining what I just saw. She said housekeeping was there and they were very apologetic after she showed them the beds in that first room she was still in. I sent her the new photos of the second room and asked her to show them as well. I went back to the lobby and told Emma that the second room now had bedbugs, as well as blood stains, hair, and pieces of skin. I showed her the photos, but she didn’t care. emma responded loud and aggressive yelling “we don’t have bedbugs!” Even though I had just shown her the pictures. I asked her to please send someone to the room to see for themselves if it wasn’t clear from the pictures. She yelled at me saying that they can’t keep sending people if I’m just going to keep checking the rooms. I told her it was unnecessary, unprofessional for her to yell at me and of course I’m going to check the rooms if I’m going to be sleeping anywhere. That’s no reason for her to get angry. She asked what I wanted to do, if I wanted to check out or what. I repeated how uncomfortable I was and how I could not stay there. I requested a refund and she processed the refund with an attitude the entire time. I ended up meeting my friend outside of the original room and we left through a different exit since I did not want to see Emma again. We had to wait about 30 minutes for an Uber and booked a hotel nearby that thankfully was very clean. I’m attaching photos to this review and hoping that Hilton does not remove them.

Booked this hotel a few months ago, but it was rented out for a private party and guests could not use the pool. When I went to cancel 3 weeks weeks ahead of arrival, the reservation remained. When I called agin, Hilton said the General Manager refused to let us out of the reservation- despite trying to cancel weeks in advance. The property changed the reservation to a one night reservation that still showed me arriving, even though we went to another location. The general manager still refused to release our reservation. This is not the behavior that I am used to with Hilton. Buyer beware.

We booked two rooms, one for my family and one for relatives who were visiting from Europe. Upon arrival, we were informed that check in would not be available until 4pm, at the earliest. My wife provided her phone number to be contacted as soon as one of the rooms became available. She recently had foot surgery and was “hopping” on crutches in the lobby during our check in. Her mobility was very limited and she ended up sitting in the lobby waiting for the room. Once my wife was notified that the rooms were ready, she headed over there and, unfortunately, they were as far away from the lobby as you could possibly imagine. Check in is located on N Calle Encilia and the rooms were on the opposite side on N Calle El Segundo. It was in the building farthest from the lobby and at the very end of the hall within that building. My wife is not handicapped and we would have felt bad requesting a handicapped-accessible room when it could be used for somebody else, but we thought that the front desk would have accommodated a room closer to the lobby or elevator seeing her on crutches in a boot, sitting for hours. It seems like an obvious observation that should have been made by staff in the hospitality industry. We were the only guests in the lobby the entire time so it wasn’t as if they couldn’t have noticed. Out of the two rooms we reserved, neither had a view of anything other than the parking lot. And, again, both were very far away from the lobby. In addition, there was an extremely strong stench of feces in the hallway of our building and it was unbearable. That clearly explained why there were industrial fans in the hallways blowing air during both days of our stay. Upon check out, I mentioned these issues to the front desk and I was offered a free breakfast when it was already 11am which didn’t make sense. When I pointed out breakfast was over, the front desk offered me two waters for the road. All of this was very disappointing and I had really hoped for a better experience from Hilton. I never received a survey from Hilton nor any type of follow-up regarding my stay so this why I am posting here. The basic lack of customer service and the lack of hospitality was astounding. Maybe it was a one-off situation. After all, I realize that Hilton cannot address these problems if you are not aware that they exist.

Renovation please! Hot water slow. Funny smell in lobby. Parking lot full. No extra towels after asking twice. Plus dirty socks and underwear in the room when we arrived. Omg. Try anywhere else! Good news is that it’s two blocks fro Starbucks so after a horrible night, we’re drinking coffee.

5 stars for the massage. The ambiance is great, really good for a single friends/couple. It wasn't busy when I went so it felt like a personal event which was kind of nice. Peaceful: No spa menu can be found on-line, you have to call or see the menu in person on-site. Men's spa, 1 of everything: -1 shower -has wall jets and rain head -1steam room -1urinal -1 bathroom -about 10 lockers Very cozy Waiting room is chill as most spas -tea, infused water, and granola bars If you're looking for something more extravagant try a spa nearby but if you just need a massage and enjoy a nice steam, this does the trick. Hot tubs and pool are out in the middle of the hotel 1st floor. There's a tub you can reserve for soak but you gotta call.

Service and amenities were great. Came here with a group of 6 and went 2 at a time. Used pool and steam room when not getting massages. Each couple thought the massage therapists were great. Relaxing morning

I had the best time at Elements. I was staying at the hotel for my bday weekend and they made it super special for me. Andy was amazing with all of my requests and I SO appreciate the complimentary champagne! Jackie has the hands of a goddess and released all of my tension with a few tissue massage (I sprung for 90 min!). This was among the best massages I've ever gotten. Thank you all!! Such a great bday and I will be back!!

Not as luxurious as I expected. I will admit this spa is very relaxing and the staff is very sweet and accommodating. The steam room is awesome and the massage was fantastic. I will be back very soon!!

The Elements team went above and beyond to provide an unexpected experience. Though, due to a staffing shortage, we were unable to book the couples massage, which allows extra time in the private room to shower, sip on champagne and indulge in chocolates post massage, Jackie gave two exceptional back-to-back massages and saved the couple's suite for us nonetheless. While one gave into her perfectly in-tune hands, the other enjoyed the suite and spa in it's entirety. With champagne still on-ice and chocolates still awaiting us, we came together and enjoyed the couples room after both of our massages had finished. Without pressure to quickly leave, we enjoyed that extra until ready to go. Again to our surprise, we were warmly handed an incredibly unexpected and generous birthday gift bag to top it all off.

We have been coming here for years. This trip was lackluster though. Staff was grumpy. Can’t eat in the restaurant without proof of vaccine. Nobody to help with luggage. Pay to park on premises was a bummer.

Nice location; close to numerous shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and welcoming. Disappointed that the pool was closed for upkeep. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and Kevin the driver was friendly and accommodating. Will put this on our list of top places to stay when we return to Palm Springs.
