It is time to paint the exterior of our home in one of the HOA-approved color schemes. Wanted to get this right, so we went to the Dunn-Edwards store in Palm Springs and met with the professional color advisor, Darin Pepper. He's the best! Darin was patient, professional and extremely knowledgable - besides having a really good design/color sense. We took pictures of our home to our meeting and Darin was able to produce a schematic showing how our home would look. If it weren't for his help, we would still be staring at paint chips and stressing out! Go talk to Darin and the other good folks at the store on Palm Canyon in Palm Springs - you won't regret it.

Crazy visit to Dunn Edwards today. So many people and computer problems. So relieved that Cynthia was at the register. I was assisted quickly and was on my way. We are happy to have Dunn Edwards and Cynthia right around the corner.

The purple haired QUEEN Cynthia saved my day---by miraculously opening a completely sealed gallon of paint. Thank you Cynthia! Been buying Dunn-Edwards paint for decades. Love the paint and color selections. This location is by far above and beyond the best in the entire Coachella valley, easy parking, and exceptional customer service!

There were three employees working when I walked into their store this morning. One woman with large purple hair, on the computer, and two other men working in the back. I was the only person in the store when I walked in. The worker never looked up from their computer or acknowledged me. I already felt that this was rude, as I've never been in the store and needed help.I walked over to her at the counter and she still never looked up or acknowledged me until I was standing right in front of her and said hi. I don't think I should be the one starting the conversation when I'm the customer and she's the worker. Once I said hi, she looked up at me, annoyed, and I said what I was there to pick some paint up. She then snapped, "for who". Again, never smiling and looking irritated the whole time. I told her and she went off to get my order.Service from that point forward was ok, but i did not like not being greeted or acknowledged, or how rude and annoyed the worker appeared. I will not be going back to this location if I have the choice.

Great customer service always really nice and friendly and also very helpful always there to help in any questions you have. They always give good recommendations with paint. You can order paint and will alway be available to deliver even if it's a different located. I recommend everyone to go to Dunn Edwards in Palm Springs good team.

1st time there in store in Cathedral City, and was treated as long time customer. I called before to see if paint formula available, and they verified availability. It was a pleasant experience. Saw many paint contractors come and go, and felt I was being treated fairly, for only spending $25. Ralph

Beyond frustrated at this I'll run store. Sample cards missing, and the ridiculous first time to ever have a job not at a yogurt shop couldn't careless. Four employees just standing around of zero help. Ordered for samples, only one customer there at the time, returned almost 45 minutes later. Samples not ready. Had to leave to meet my painter and client with NO paint to share. Unbelievable. Get it together, we are paying people by the hour and it's not 15 dollars.
