I have worked with Howard on many loans for clients. I continue to reccommend his services because he is always concerned first and foremost with what is best for the client. He is the definition of "Full Service". His patient and thorough approach never fails to get the best deal for the client. He has worked on big loans as well as small, the difficult self employed clients to the very easy straight forward transactions. Howard will not disappoint.

I have known Howard for over 8 years. I have been in the market to buy a home all those years, and due to prices climbing, I haven't been able to find an adequate home. I have had 4 agents working with Howard and he never made a dime, but was always supportive and optimistic, that we would make it happen, and actually meet face to face to celebrate. Well he made it happen and I have an awesome home, great loan, and a PERMANENT broker when I decide to buy another property. I never could have done it without his advice and encouragement. He always told the truth and warned me about risks during the process. He didn't just push the deal through do get it done. He waited until it was the right time for me and my family, and is always willing to take a call from me for any reason.I have bought 8 houses over 35 years, and I have never had someone perform like Howard. He has more than skills. He has character and is honest. Too bad you can't give 6 stars, because he is the best.

Howard was recommended to us by our Realtor Dave LaLiberte. We were struggling mightily with the mortgage company we were initially using. Howard got to work immediately, met us on a Sunday and had an excellent deal for us by midday Monday. He is professional, personable and went the extra mile and then some for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any mortgage needs.

When starting the home buying process in the Palm Springs area, Howard was kind, informative, and helpful from our very first call.
