I took my Standard Poodle in to find out if he was comfortable there. The woman at the desk was so rude. Wasn't sure if there would be a opening. He in any event would have to be 9n a 6 month waiting list. If she was rude to me I would never trust my sweet kind dog to them. Why would I think they would be nicer to him than they were to me. He us in daycare in Palm Springs and they like him are kind to him and he likes going therr

Great place--everyone remembers my dog and is enthusiastic about seeing him! And, when we tak him there to board him, he's so excited!

Was rude..most dogs get excited to see their family ..the owner said that she put my medium sized dog after being with dogs his size “with the big dogs to teach him a lesson” he has never been the same since she did that ..

Such great people, and really great service. We use DDO for day boarding and overnights. Palm Springs really needed a business like this. Super professional, warm folks!

I'm pretty disappointed in this entire interaction. I waited MONTHS to get my dogs in for an evaluation and once they had an opening, costs kept adding up. I've managed several dog day cares in Detroit and Portland and have *never* charged for an evaluation. Ever. It seems like it's a cash grab and it's a bummer. Maybe it's the location and people don't blink at throwing money away, but I found it pretty unfortunate. I'm sure my opinion won't matter because someone else will take my spot, but there you have it, for what it's worth.

Very caring owners and workers, all are longhaired women. But they are a bit pricey. I would use them again for sure. They are worth the extra money.

Our dog loves it here. He has been attending daycare for four years and he always comes home tuckered out! This is also the only place we take him for boarding. Good folks who love animals!

Yes! This is the place to go to for doggie boarding if you are in Palm Springs or the Coachella Valley area. Our pup, Herbie, loves this place and that is a lot to say coming from a pup that is strongly attached to his dads. This place was recommended to us and I would forward that recommendation to anyone looking for dog boarding in the Coachella Valley. My only feedback is please please please consider a camera system or a way to send updates on our pup (photos, texts). This will help us see how our pup is doing, particularly for long trips. (Mainly because we miss him :))Thanks again!

Great facility and team here with reasonable prices too for the caliber of care. We've boarded all our dogs over the years at several different places in LA & OC area, so know what's good and what's not. When we moved to the desert we immediately started our search and came across DDO - they exceed our high standard every time! Very caring, listen and take action if our dogs have any extra needs, the boys are excited to go & exhausted when we pick them up! They changed owners a year ago (?) but the quality service didn't skip a beat. My only wish was that they had space to add a grooming service :)

Thank heaven for these fine people. I had to board my dogs when I had two different surgeries in '21. I was not too fond of the idea, but a friend promised me that DDO was a dog paradise. It's all true. One of them even gets excited when I leave them. Both are happy and in fine spirits when I pick them up. I had heard stories about dogs that were traumatized after boarding elsewhere. That hasn't happened here. I brought the girl's dog beds from home, and they even washed them for me! Also, there is a discount if your dog is a rescue. This morning was the fifth stay and first with the new owner. I'm so relieved that nothing has changed.

We are so glad we found Doggie's Day out. The care was excellent. The staff is so nice and incredibly caring and loving toward our babies. Our pets loved their stay - our dogs came home even more perfect then when we dropped them off. Thank you to the Doggie's Day Out staff - we are so appreciative of their services.

The experience I've had with DDO in the past has been exemplary, however the business changed hands and I'm very disappointed now. They initiated a new reservation system that I have not been able to get to work. I called several days ago and have not received a call back (very bad business practice). I'm looking around for another boarding facility now.

10 stars for Doggie's Day Out! Chanel, my standard poodle, has been a part of the pack for the past year. Chanel has anxiety and has no issues here. After finding out her old daycare was keeping her locked up all day (a former employee) I always wondered why she shook like a leaf when I would drop her off. She was always depressed. I was on the search for a new daycare to keep her safe and happy during the day. We started at a new daycare but they folded during Covid. I found Doggie's Day Out and was put on the waiting list. While waiting 4 months, I paid a driver to take her to a Indio daycare or had her at my office. I cannot leave her at home as we have a problem with vendors leaving the gates open. Finally, I received the phone call that Chanel was at the top of the list. The staff is excellent. I love the new owner (great job!) Chanel is loved and I've never been happier. The dogs get treats and they celebrate birthdays. Highly recommend!

Really grateful for the exceptional care. It was our first time leaving Salvador. He's exhausted and happy. Thank you.
