Buyer beware: Division is not in the business of loving its customersThree days ago I spent $300+ on 2 pieces of jewelry. Both broke within 24 hours. A necklace as I was taking it off and a bracelet while I was at dinner.This evening, I went in to ask about a return or exchange I was flatly told “no,” because I probably “fell,” making it my fault. No refund, no exchange, no store credit.So I took my 5 other friends who were about to buy stuff and we all walked out to take our business elsewhere.Buyer beware.

I loved this shop. I am coming every year from France and discovered Division last year. The products they sell are inspiring and with a great choice. Custumer Service is perfect, they are so nice. 3 days ago on sunday, I went there and sollicited a lot... He was so helpful and so nice going in the back few times to find the right things I ve choosen. It's true it's not cheap, but with the 50% sale I get, it was very reasonable. Thanks again I will definitely come back!

Love the clothes, very unique and wonderful for PS. Glad it is part of the Warm Sands scene. I purchased a lot when they first opened. Now however I don't even get a hello or may I help you from the staff the last few visits, even when I am purchasing many items. However the last 2 time I noticed when a younger guys came in and did get a lot of attention. It happened again today. My husband noticed the same thing when he went in a few weeks ago. Age discrimination, I guess, even in PS. I will go where I am appreciated, there are other good options thankfully. I see from the reviews that I am not the only person that feels this way.

Whoa .. not just another men's store. The shirts style and designs are beautiful, and very affordable compared to other men's store in Palm Spring. Very professional and friendly service too

Go to PS every few months, made some purchases there. Will be going in a few weeks and was looking forward to stopping in. I have friends who live in the area and today they were in the store shopping. The person working basically accused my friend of stealing a hat, or made the assumption by asking if he came in wearing the hat on his head. Maybe if he was paying attention he would have know and not accused 2 brown males of basically shop lifting. My friends are professionals and make a good living and have high moral standards. To be treated like a thief based on the color of your skin is unacceptable. Looks like my plan to shop there has been cancelled. Will not support a business who treats its customers in that manner.

Terrible returns and exchange policy, where a return only warrants a store credit (they keep YOUR money), and not a refund, and if you exchange something for a lower price, they keep YOUR money, and issue a store credit for the difference. Most of their product can be purchased elsewhere online and they seem not to realize they risk losing the customer in the future.

Division has a terrific selection of men's wear. The owners are sweet and at the top of their game. I shop there often. Count me a big fan.

Fantastic gay-popular clothing store in PS. Friendly staff helped me find what I needed. Clothes here are awesome too. Nice boutique designs/brands that I learned the owner works hard to source. I definitely recommend stopping by.
