Amazing customer service! While on vacation, I purchased a souvenir and when I got home it was broken. I called and spoke to John and he immediately agreed to replace it. Not only was it a super cute store but the customer service was second to none. Thank you Destination PSP! ?

I just received the replacement glasses (shipped free of charge with no requirement to ship back the damage ones) and to my surprise I got three additional set of glasses for free, completing the set! That was totally unexpected, and the reason why I LOVE to shop local!
