I'm a loan officer here in the desert and Mark is the only reason my clients were able to get into their new home. Due to an issue with their current CPA he was not able to provide information that was critical to my clients purchase. I reached out to Mark during the last week of tax season; probably the worst time of year to reach out to a CPA with a time sensitive issue. Mark was able to help us resolve the issue so my clients could proceed with their purchase. Based on his responsiveness and professionalism there's not another CPA in the state that I would trust more than Mark. I would highly recommend him for all of your tax and accounting needs!

I began working with Desert Tax Accounting for my 2021 tax return. Mark Munroe did an extensive review and explanation of not only my current filing, but the previous year that I had filed with another accounting service. He was proactive in knowledge and how to best plan for the year ahead in 2022.

We have been with Desert Accounting for over 10 years now and it has been a fantastic relationship! No matter how crazy or normal of a year we have had, our taxes have always been professionally done without a problem. And trust me - we have thrown some crazy things their way! I think what sets them above the rest - they are fun just to talk to. You are not going to an accountant - you are going to your friend, who just happens to be an accountant. That's why we have no plans of going anywhere else!

This guy is as crooked as they come. After he f***** up my taxes he made me pay the IRS and he had the audacity to charge me again for amended taxes that he f***** up. He didn't even have the common courtesy to pick up a $62 interest charge for his negligence. I do not recommend this tax place and definitely would never recommend Mark Munroe's services. Crooked, cowardly, ignorant and unprofessional a****** and I know for a fact from other clients that he is horrible and unprofessional.

Mark was very professional and took the time to answer all my tax related questions in a way that was very easy to understand in spite of how confusing the changes in the tax laws have become. Tax returns were prepared in a very timely manner , Mark is very efficient. I would highly recommend Mark and Desert Tax to friends and family members.

Mark Munroe has done my taxes for years at his NYC offices, after opening a second office in Palm Springs he still makes sure that my taxes are done, done correctly, and on time. My first year using his services he was responsible for me receiving taxes back because the accountant before him made an error and I had over paid the IRS...you can't get better than that ! He has always been on time, never making me wait, done his work on time, and has been an excellent and caring accountant for me. I don't know where I could find anyone better on either coast.

Thank you ! Thank you! My first time doing my taxes on own and was very nervous and didn't want to mess up by picking the wrong person for the job! Fabian came in on his day off , answered al of my calls, provided me with loads of knowledge ! Most importantly I can say is this man cares about the people he helps... very rare do you find people of his caliber! I was so pleased that I found Fabian. My taxes were done incorrectly for 3 years. Fabian redid the 3 years and I am now waiting for a refund from the IRS. He is very professional and on top of his game. He was very reassuring when I first came to him. Thank you Fabian!
