Have been to Crudo many times. Remains our go to restaurant in Palm Springs. The food is consistently delicious and the service is wonderful. A fun and relaxing place to dine.

delicious raw seafood with a definite Mexican/Spanish lean versus the more Italian side of Crudo. Excellent, interesting flavors and presentation. Don't sleep on the non-crudo dishes, an order of steak tacos were meaty and satisfying. wouldn't be surprised if this is a must visit for us anytime we're in the area.

Excellent food and service. The ceviche options are so tasty! We also had tacos, a Caesar salad, and dessert. Easy to find parking. The restaurant is small and was fairly full, but didn't feel crowded.

If you like ceviche or poke, this is the place for you! The ahi nachos are like eating a crunchy bowl of delicious poke with an Asian-Latin fusion. My wife had ceviche and loved it. The pistachio flan is a great way to finish. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first time here, though we are regulars at Oceana and Cups. Excellent food! Such a variation. The ahi nachos were the best ever. The crab enchiladas were amazing... an unexpected different tast! Go visit!

Crudo has exceptionally wonderful food and award winning drinks with amazing service! The Ahi Tuna Nachos are a must! You can't go wrong with the surf n turn tacos, the crab cake sandwich... really everything is wonderful. Crudo is on my top five list of Best Margaritas in Palm Springs. Moses has a great list of drinks with and without alcohol. Try the pistachio martini!!

I never write more than a brief survey, but this place deserves the most detailed, raving review. Our waitress and the entire staff were so kind. The manager is extremely on top of things, you can tell he carefully analyzes the operations and is always ensuring everything is running smoothly.
Tuna Ahi Nachos - this is hands down the best nachos of any kind I’ve ever had as well as the best tortilla chips I’ve ever had AND the best tuna dish I’ve ever had. The chips were pillow-y soft yet crunchy and the sauce was amazing. I will be dreaming of this dish until the next time I can eat it.
Ranchero Ceviche - this dish tastes so fresh, has an amazing tostada, and the avocado rounds it out extremely well. The green sauce is extremely spicy so I skipped it.
Cocktails - we had the pistacchio and lemon cocktails. These were super affordable and so unique and delicious! I absolutely recommend.

This was a fine dining ceviche restaurant that cannot be understated. The seafood was fresh and did not lack in flavor. I highly recommend.

I was extremely surprised by the depths of flavors in each dish we tried at Crudo. As someone that does not generally like fish, I enjoyed every single dish. Their drinks were delicious. They have different flavored micheladas here. I HIGHLY recommend everyone try Crudo. I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.

Service was great food was absolutely delicious. My husband found out about this place in a magazine. We drove an hour and a half out to Palm Springs, and it was well worth it.

This place is fantastic on all levels. Our server directed us to try the 5 different ceviche tostadas saying "if you dont like them ill eat them myself and bring you something else" and they were indeed incredible. For entrees I had the crab enchiladas and my sister had the Cod tacos. All of the fish tasted very fresh! The enchiladas were truly some of best food I have ever had. The manager/owner also came by and asked if we wanted to try some homemade hot sauce that was also fantastic. If you are coming through Palm Springs this place is an absolute must!!
