Great Banking experiences at this Chase! I get so frustrated every time I stand in line at my Dad's Bank, Wells Fargo..... Chase is a wonderful experience every time. No lines and a beautiful bank.

Inability to speak to a real person. Voice mail simply wants you to do everything online

Located at the end of the Palm Canyon strip, the ATM sits up front on the main drag, while the multi floors of parking are on the back side, so it can be a hot walk around.

OMG, from First to Worst in 2 weeks. WARNING: IF YOU ARE A SOLE PROPRIETOR WITH A NEED FOR POS TRANSACTIONS, GO ELSEWHERE. I came to this branch to open business checking as a sole proprietor. I chose Chase because of the QuickAccept point-of-sale device they offer, which takes mobile credit card and debit card payments. Perfect for my business, except for WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU: IF YOUR BUSINESS IS A SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP, ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CUSTOMERS' CREDIT CARD LINE ITEMS AND RECEIPTS UNDER YOUR PERSONAL LEGAL NAME, NOT YOUR BUSINESS NAME, EVEN IF YOU'VE FILED A DBA AND HAVE AN EIN!! That's right, kids--your legal name, telephone number, and address will be provided to every Suzy, Tom and Bubba who buys a bracelet, velvet Elvis, or bar of handmade soap through your Chase QuickAccept device. There's no way to change this, and no way to edit your receipts. Your personal, private information will be strewn coast-to-coast like leaves in the wind, leaving you open to identity theft or worse. Not to mention constituting a gross violation of your right to privacy. INCREDIBLY, not one of the 4 bankers I met with at this branch had any idea this was a Chase policy. After four weeks of missed pre-sales waiting in vain for them to "update" my account to prevent the above fiasco, I was finally informed there was no way to work around it. Had they warned me up front this was bank policy, I would have NEVER opened business checking with Chase. Be advised NO OTHER MAJOR US BANK has this kind of inane policy blatantly discriminating against sole proprietorships. Note also Square POS devices will let you customize your sales receipts however you choose. Jamie Dimon, you need to worry less about the gold toilets seats on your yachts, and more about providing exceptional customer service. AI is gonna wipe the floor with your crappy bank. All that lobster and Wagyu beef is bad for your cholesterol, hon. Makes you forget stuff--like the millions of small business customers who subsidize your billionaire lifestyle.

I was told there is no such thing as a ladies room (bathroom) any longer. The manager told me it's for "whoever" while he stepped out with the toilet seat up and urine all over the floor.

Had the worst of luck that this atm spit a fake bill to me. Even worse nobody was able to help me with a situation like this because it doesn't happens so often. Please be careful when using the atm by checking your bills. Worse of luck on my side nobody was able to do nothing about it.

Very bad customer service and not timely with responses. Staff seem to be inadequately trained for the profession and appear to be "paper pushers" and send everything to other locations for decision making and approval. I would suggest finding another choice -

Had to return to this branch today to begin to close out my accounts. Corporate should really be looking at this branch - it is run very poorly and some of the staff just don't seem to care or have any customer service experience. The discussion by customers in the lobby was awful about service here, one customer I overhead telling the cashier that they "weren't winning any customer service awards" This place is bad news. I was waiting to get into my safety deposit and was told I would have to wait for a banker to let me in - I stood in the lobby with at least 7 other customers waiting. Some other customer came in a walked up to a cashier (it happened to be the bank manager) and wanted to get in their safety deposit - he was let right in. I questioned the bank manager and he said sorry, didn't know you were waiting. Bad news branch!!!

While it's true about the two Tellers here, I find that mid afternoon visits will relieve the lines. Try thinking outside of herd mentalities and you might find banking a little more pleasant st Chase PS. Great midcentury building too.

One of the manage was extremely rude to me yesterday, with a lot of attitude, I didn't catch his name because I just was so upset & walked away but I can describe him, he was a white older man, tall & kind of thin... I'm pretty sure he was gay & maybe half bald... I just know he was extremely unprofessional/arrogant & I should have asked for the number for HR of how he treated me like I was nothing! I absolutely don't tolerate that so I had to bite my tongue & walk away.I'm never going back there though
