It is a really cool concept ... sitting in an airplane-like dining area. Very friendly "Captain)/owner. Great wait staff. There were 50+ in our group; food came to the table timely & proper temperature. My coconut curry was delightfully spicy.

In the back of Bouschet is a hidden gem, a speakeasy call PS Air bar. A must visit if you are in Palm Springs. Dominic is an excellent host.Drinks are classic and well made with complimentary food. I can't wait to visit again.
