Was having a Bad day with trying to get a new phone went to the Palm spring location on Ramon Road and the Young man took very good care of me helped me with the phone and set up very nice and friendly they have a lot of great products as well and good prices I will be back

First time getting a phone screen fixed anywhere. I requested a quote online at 7pm and they gave me the best price within 5 minutes. Quick and easy. I was able to go in around lunchtime the next day and my phone was fixed within 20 minutes. Quick service, punctual and friendly. I recommend 10/10

I called many different cell phone repairs to get a new screen for my Galaxy S9 for the best price with same day service. Boost Mobile, and especially Mohammad, fit the bill. He was friendly and accommodating. I will always recommend them and use them for myself from now on.

My phone battery was near death, a real miserable thing, and I was hard-pressed to find an open repair shop who had a battery in stock. After checking around, I was referred to Boost Mobile where the owner took care of the problem himself. He was friendly and very accomodating, replacing my worn-out I-Phone 7 battery in less than 15 minutes! You couldn't meet a more honest and considerate person. If (or when) my phone needs fixing again or even replacing, I would go back to Boost Mobile in a flash because I know I can trust them. It was a really good experience, especially i these days of Covid.

The store owner was a really nice guy and he changed my iPhone battery right there on the spot in just a few minutes and for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this place and i will certainly come back again!

I was looking to have someone come to my work to repair my cracked screen on my cell phone. Mohammad came out very quickly and fixed the phone within 15 mins of arriving! He was very courteous and professional. VERY HAPPY! I would definitely recommend this company and Mohammad . 5 Star Service!!!!!!

Look no further. My phone screen cracked at 7:30. Mohammed got back to me in 10 minutes, told me it would take him 20, and it did. Same day service...no...same hour service. Fast, reliable, and perfectly fixed. Price was as quoted (100 flat fee), and no upsale or pressure. You want it fixed fast, this place is the ONLY place to go.

I had to replace a cell phone immediately and came in the store with two small children. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me replace my phone in a reasonable amount of time. He was nice to my kids, which goes far.Prior to this experience, I almost thought about switching service just to avoid the apathetic vendor staff. Avoid the Boost Mobile in Palm Desert's mall and the one in Desert Hot Springs on Palm.This is the one in the area to go to!
