The staff is always very attentive. They are knowledgeable about the products, and they are always very friendly. I appreciate that I can go in and resolve any questions easily and leave with food, toys, treats, or whatever I'm looking for and I'll know that it will be good for my pets.

Well it was a nice greeting. I brought my puppy in for the 1st. The clerk was so nice and interested in my dog and she went to get the owner to meet me. Not sure if this is their thing or if my dog is that adorable (I think so)

I was berated by a senior staff member after asking why my 5 messages weren't returned by him personally, and saying "that is what my staff is for", I'm too busy to personally answer questions from customers! Wow!!! If I had ever spoken to a customer, during my 40 years of retail management, I would have been fired immediately. After being a customer for 10 years!!! They are the only game in town that sells the food that I buy. I like to keep money locally, thinking seriously about ordering directly from the company that makes it, or AMAZON...

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE! Today I went into this store and the male associate was the most helpful person. He answered every question and recommended their top snacks, which my dog loved. Definitely will be coming again!! My dog is obsessed with their pumpkin cupcake and mini treats.

Shame on you. BEWARE! Bones-N-Scones is now deceiving customers with misleading dual pricing scheme on items. The prices listed are not the regular price instead they are a "perk" price with the actual price in very small type below the "perk price" for a paid membership- which a very rude employee abruptly explained when I mentioned that there was a discrepancy in what the listed price was and what I was charged. I have been buying all my pet products from this business since they were a small shop on Sunny Dunes. Now they want loyal customers to purchase a membership while deceiving unknowing shoppers charging a higher price. Cashing in on customers who don't check their receipt with two different prices listed but burying the actual cost below the "perk" pricing. I'm done. Shame on you Bones-N-Scones.

It is not always easy to find spots that cares as much for your pet’s well being as you do. Cathy and her team are so kind to my senior dog who is a long time customer. As a younger pup he visited the shop on Sunny Dunes and now he is equally enamored of their store across Palm Canyon. My GSP, Hugo, used to pull me to this store in the mornings and would throw a temper tantrum if they weren’t open. He has entered his senior era (14) and he pulls us there daily for their treat “buffet” and for all the love he receives from the staff. He loves the attention he gets and at this point I am thrilled when he is aware of where he is and where the people show him affection and treat him like a king. I am so grateful that we have this spot as we navigate arguably the most challenging chapter of his life. Thank you for making my best buddy feel special every day. I will never forget your kindness ❤️

Amazing shop I've been coming here a little under a decade now use to love going to the small shop on sunny dunes, ever since my dog was born I've spent so much money here I absolutely love it! Incredible employees and great small shops, from goats milk when my pup needed to be bottle feed to the nutritional dog food they have with so many toppers and incredible homemade treats, the only thing I can give a negative response to is there reward system! Ever since they changed it during Covid It absolutely makes no sense, I buy so many bags of food and spend 200$+ about every 2 weeks and never get a free bag, it use to be every 10 bags you got one free which makes it so easy and convenient, the employees don't even understand the reward system. my dogs about to be 8 and he's so healthy but unfortunately since Covid everything is so expensive and I've had to reduce spending and can barely just buy just his single bag of food, and Rottweiler eat a lot, I always look forward to that free bag and it seems like the points never move. Sucks to say but with petcos free delivery, discounts, and buy 9 bags get the 10th free and all the other competitors prices it seems like you should be switching up your reward system back to the way it use to be, or get an app that customers can keep track of there points so they know how if it actually works and what to expect from watch purchase. My dog Bobby loves it here but we just can't afford it anymore and it's makes me incredibly sad especially for how long I've been loyal to this company.

Love this locally owned pet food shop. The service is always incredible... can we just live in a world where everyone is as nice and helpful as the staff at Bones-N-Scones? They have a great selection of only the BEST pet food, chews and toys. They also seem to do continual research on what is best for pets; they discontinued carrying one dog food I'd been using because the quality had gone down, but added a new one that they had vetted. I'll always trust Bones-N-Scones my pets' health. Thank you!
