Really horrible customer service! I wanted to purchase a car they have in stock online, rep on the phone said it was available ( it was overpriced) then he called me back trying to ask for my best offer and try and start a bidding war ! Needless to say, he never called back. I called again today with interest in the car, and the sales rep said he’ll call me back, nothing. Don’t shop here if you’re looking for a good experience buying your new car!!!

Im very pleased with the services provided by BMW of Palm Springs.
It was my first visit to this dealership since I relocated to the area. Everyone is friendly and professional. They really care about the customer, and the service is excellent.
Chris Hapner was my service provider and explained everything, and answered all my questions. I'm extremely pleased and will definitely be back!

Worst dealership on the planet (and the bar was already low). I bought a certified pre owned (CPO) BMW from them and when it didn’t work properly they ignored the issues and kept charging me for “diagnostics”. I think I just had a lemon of a car with the electrical stuff but now I’ll never buy another bmw in my life! Also, nothing was covered even though I bought the service package and had a warranty. The service was terrible and they act like they’re doing you a favor to pay them oodles of money for their time.

When I went to my car this morning my tire had a gash in it. I made an appointment to go in today and purchased 2 tires I was out the door in no time.

I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change and it was finished at 415p.
Good service but not happy that it took so long. What good are appointments if you have to wait over 3 hours for an hour job.
