This store has everything that you can buy anywhere else in every city in America. I entered the store at 6:55 not realizing they closed at 7pm but never fear they let me know at 7pm on the dot. They just said “we’re closed”. Not can I help you? Just get the “f” out right now.

Just stopped by here to get a sandal for my son and after finding sizes a couple of times the girl gave up on me. The two young girls staring at me like I’m stupid, & one didn’t even ask if i needed help. I hope they never work in medical or any customer service because they are terrible at it. To the girl in a pink shirt who helped me find a sandal for my son. Thank you! You understood.

Found a cute pair of sandals and was ready to purchase. Asked for a new pair instead of purchasing the floor model. The girl never came back with a new pair and just said, “ they’ll take you at the register.”When I got up to pay, I inquired about the floor model vs new pair and was told, “these are only a week old” and didn’t have anything else. Cashier and staff are pretty young and totally uninteresting in customer service. I worked retail myself and know that the bare minimum is to at least fake pleasantries. I will never come back and will stick to my local Birkenstock store.

Warning! Do not shop here! The staff is there own brand of rude. I went looking for a pair of Hoka shoes and they had a pair that was stained. The manager said, "do you want them or not" . Odd behavior and wish they would hire a new staff that isn't so hateful.

The selection in this store is incredible (So many Uggs! So many Birks!) and I was able to find the exact shoe I wanted. Once we returned to the hotel after purchasing a pair of the most comfortable shoes on the planet, I realized I needed a narrow shoe so we returned the next day and they arranged to have them shipped to me from another store at no additional cost! We arrived home on Wednesday and they arrived at my door an hour later. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and I love my first new pair of Birks!
